When I spoke to the owner Joe, with cowardice he attempted to pass it off onto Visa, and said that all bars do it - to the average person this may be an acceptable answer, but I know otherwise. Even in speaking to his own employees they admitted he only started doing so recently and I know the business actually determines the hold and not the card company. For a 19$ charge I feel this is extremely unethical and so did Visa when I contacted them. Do not use a credit card at this establishment... do not go to this establishment.
