We had every red flag before we took them here and left them for five days. Leading up to taking the dogs here we called them several times and left messages asking if they had availability and if we can take the dogs there so we and the dogs could check the place out. No one ever called us so about two weeks go by and we tell the girl that answered Can we come up there NOW today she said yes at three so we went the place was old but clean and they told us the our two dogs could be together in the kennels in the back and they could go in and out and they could we could see that. So we book the date and the girl said as far the dogs shots and all that like any other boarding place the vet just e mails it over. And the girl said pack your dogs whatever toys bones etc..So the flight was leaving that Monday at six am so we had to take the dogs the Sunday before. No problem get there the lady I guess lives at the kennel came out said we woke her up and she was discombobulated and out of it. So she says where's the paperwork we explained the girl said the vet could email tomorrow she said nope she needs the paperwork NOW. After 45 mins of haggling she says ok send it tomorrow. Great. Then I give the lady the bucket of food and a bag this bag had what you could imagine for two dogs who we consider family we have never left alone so we had bones toys treats two of our shirts with perfume and cologne on them pig ears I mean over the top we were sad we were leaving them. That Monday roles around they never called about the paperwork so we never sent it. Friday roles around we call hey coming in 45 mins to get the dogs . We get there the girl says we love your dogs we love playing with them last time they were here they loved it mind you the dogs have never been there and she called both dogs the wrong name at that point who fuking cares we just want our dogs. So we walk back there wand get them and they are howling and they never howl but they were happy. My wife takes the dogs I grab the food and that bag that Big bag Full of there toys medicine I forgot they had allergy medicine and the two shirts and just a bunch of stuff spoiled dogs get . We get in the car the bag was never even touched not one toy out of the package not one pigs ear out of the wrapper the mess still in the bottle not open the two shirts the two damn shirts still folded. If the place would of just said look your dogs will be safe this is a no thrills place they won't get toys or played with but on the other hand we won't poke sticks in there kennels and be mean to them I'd say ok at least you know what your getting. I then again reached out to Jennifer who is my savior and asked her if she would help me get the dogs to Sweden this year. Jennifer went over and above to make sure everything was done correctly and the dogs were well taken care of. I would highly recommend this company if you need to transport your dogs anywhere! I was on the hunt for Fromm cat food, and lo and behold, Premier Pet Supply carries it. This is how I found them, but I stuck around for many other reasons. This store has some truly knowledgeable, friendly people working here. It is always clean and well stocked, as well. The other amazing things about it is the sheer amount of food available.. they have your regular brands which you can purchase almost anywhere, and then they have the more obscure/holistic/expensive/specialty brands as well. I only have cats, but walking through the store it seems they have an equal amount of dog food, possibly even more. I recently got two kittens with a more specialized diet, so I need high quality, high protein feed for them, as well as snacks which may seem yuck at first (okay, it's still yuck). (Freeze dried) Organs, chicken necks, etc. They carry it all! They do sell animals here as well.. they have a section of the store for adopting kitties, and then they have a few small animals for sale as well - the usual bunnies, etc. I did see hedgehogs one time, which was pretty cool! Had they been friendlier I probably would have been the proud owner of a hedgehog, so in hindsight it was probably a good thing I was a wee bit intimidated by the prickly thing. I of all people do not need more animals. Make sure you sign up for their loyalty program, every tenth bag of food is free (!), and after spending X amount of Dollars, you get a discount/reward as well. I can honestly say I haven't set foot in the large nationwide chains since I started shopping here, as I would much rather support a local company with superior service, superior product and a superior customer loyalty program.

It takes that time for me to get there since I live in South Lyon. I ended up arriving 60 seconds after my 30 minute window expired. I walked in just behind another person going to get his dogs nails trimmed and an employee of Premier Pet Supply instructed me not to go back to the area of the service. She said that "Peticured" is very strict with their timing and told me I would just have to rejoin the waitlist because there's no exceptions for being less than a minute late. Even though I walked in at the same time as the other person.. I don't think that it was right that the employee didn't verify with the actual "Peticured" service and that she played it off as no big deal to just join the waitlist with 14+ people on it. I told her my situation and how I can't rejoin the waitlist and she said in a rude and sarcastic manner, "okay then have a good day". I have had multiple appointments with "Peticured" at the Novi location and have never had a bad experience with the employees at the Novi location. Not sure what the issue is with Northville though. Will not be returning to Northville location for anything.

Came here this afternoon in need of some kitten therapy and it didn't disappoint! They had one…read moreadult cat and I believe 18 or so kittens. The kittens were sweet and playful, and for the most part people were respectful, although I did see one grown woman who kept handling cats that clearly did not want to be picked up. They have coffee, snacks, and soft drinks for a recommended donation of $1 per item which was a nice convenience, and plenty of tables, although the main "play" area was pretty crowded. Its $6 for a half hour or $10 for an hour and you can make reservations online beforehand or take your chances that they'll have room for you day of. They give you a buzzer programmed to go off after your time is up which felt a little unnecessary...seems like they could easily just go honors system and just accept that worst case scenario people might stay a couple minutes over. In some ways I wish they had more of a mix of older cats and young kittens because it was NOT a calming environment, with that being said I had a good time hangin with some kitties.

I stopped by recently for the first time as I'm newly retired and thinking about getting a kitty…read more it was crowded with at least 25 to 30 people including a lot of unsupervised children despite adults being with them. These kids were pretty aggressive with the cats even when they were sleeping on a cat tower, or trying to eat, or trying to hide in a box. At one point a few kids ran after the cats and cornered them in the back room. I was told when I checked in not to pick up the cats because some might've had recent surgery but that didn't stop other adults or children from manhandling some of the kittens. It was busy and I think the staff had their hands full. I'm sure that they care a great deal about the cats. That said, I didn't see anybody redirect the children or the adults with regard to how to best manage the interactions especially as cats scurried away and tried to go into hiding. And when the cats weren't hiding many were sleeping. I would say at least half we're asleep and it's no wonder because they must've been very tired. I simply think the people to cat ratio was simply too high. And when people keep chasing after the cats it doesn't give you much opportunity to let them approach you if you're not inclined to chase after them as well. I left 30 minutes into my one hour appointment.
