Despite the damage, they offered me just $22 for the dress, which I later sold on Poshmark for $100 the same day I picked it up. When I voiced my concerns, I was encouraged to speak with someone at the front desk, but the response was dismissive -- simply stating it would be treated as a markdown sale. There was no accountability, and it was clear there would be no resolution. I didn't bother to fight the way they seemed happy to conduct business, as this was my first experience. It was a disappointing experience that showed a lack of care for consigned items at Second Chance. I've learned my lesson and will not be returning. I'd recommend sellers explore other platforms or shops that treat high-value pieces with more respect and offer fairer returns.

From funky clothing and jewelry to home decor, art, and kitchenware, this place just screams hippie wonderland... Take me back to the 70's please! It was wonderful. Towards the back of the building is a mini record store and that's where they hooked me! My record collection is largely oldies thanks to my grandmother. Whoever works here as a gift for putting all the items together in a way it becomes a beautiful piece of art. There is so much to see from big items to little tiny ones; but everything was carefully thought of and not randomly put there. I had so many "awe...so cute" to "wow! Amazing!" moments. I also want to mention how clean it was! There was no musty smell, no dust, nothing in your way that you can trip on. The house seems to have rooms that keep going and going in a maze like fashion.
