The Frigidaire Electric Cooktop was a lemon from the start - the oven would not heat properly "at all" as well as one burner. I called Stucky's Furniture and Appliance and once again Chris Fahling (serviceman came out). It took a very long time and he said he could not guarantee the oven and burner would heat properly, however he did all he could do. It still does not heat properly and I went to the store with all of my paperwork only to be told they would do nothing else and I would need to purchase a new stove and, of course, the price was much higher. Not only will I "NEVER" shop at their store I will report this very bad experience to the BBB.

I called them to confirm my appointment, they called me back right away. Phil sent a text that he was on his way, and he arrived on time. He diagnosed my machine and looked it all over and did a great job explaining how my washer works, and how to get the most out of it. It gave me peace of mind to have such an experienced repair man show up for the job. Phil said the oil leak under my 8 month old washer is common for GE and doesn't require a repair. This was disturbing news to think I just have to let it leak now and then. But, will keep that in mind the next time I am in the market for a new wash machine.
