First off, it is a beautiful tattoo shop - so clean and beautifully decorated. She also has cute novelty items promoting her place and gave some to my boyfriend and I after I was done. And of course her work, I am so fortunate to have gotten my first tattoo with her. She offers breaks (thankfully I didn't need one lol) and talks you through the design and placement. She is very patient - makes sure it is exactly where/how you want the tattoo. She also gives good aftercare information. I decided to finally face my fears and get my first tattoo. I stumbled across Jing when I was…read moresearching for artists and while the salon wasn't in my area I was willing to make the trip anyway. I emailed my idea and availability and they got back to me a few days later because they were on vacation. I didn't end up booking until maybe almost a month later (emailed in June) because I had to make sure I had the right amount of funds. Thankfully the deposit I made secured my spot for the following week and due to wanting a change in the design Yida was kind enough to consult with me on the change. The tattoo was on my chest and it was quite painful but at the same time tolerable. Jing did a lovely job on my piece and I felt at ease being there. We took breaks but she finished in about two and a half hours. I'll cherish this piece for the rest of my life. I definitely plan on coming back soon. I feel like I made the right choice in trusting Jing!
