Dirty! Highly ILLEGAL practices goin on in here. 2 of the nail techs were using these graters on women's feet! Illegal! Used the same sanding bands on the dremels on everyone's feet and my tech went to use it on me and I declined. I just came in for a color change and was shocked by what I saw. Never go there. Kathy & the other lady was very rude & unprofessional then they spoke to each other in their language about me & Kathy then said she is booked all day. Walked in on a Sunday afternoon with no appointment. There was only one customer and whole salon was empty. Not a good sign! I asked if they could soak off my nails. They said yes, to have a seat at station 8. This fat ugly girl with dead hair comes over and pulls out nail box. I said, "I asked for soak off, you're not going to rip the nails off my finger." She immediately gets up and says in English to other lady, NO IM NOT DOING IT, YOU DO IT! She walked away leaving me at her station, I waited and this elderly lady with tattoo eyebrows comes over with machine in hand. She asks to see my hand, and intentionally cut my finger. I'm not joking or lying!!! She rammed the machine into my pinky, making me bleed. I took my hand back and said, "You all are incredibly unprofessional!" I walked out and will never ever go back. If I could put ZERO I would. THEY INJURED ME. !!!! Being new to the area I asked a friend where to go. She said not to go to EXPO NAIL they suck. But since I was just getting a pedi-cure I thought I would get my own opinion. Walked in and asked for mani pedi. Sat down right away, now I know why they were able to do that. THEY SUCKED. When it comes time to trim the cuticles, usually they will put the remover stuff on them and push them back and then trim with a cutting tool. RIGHT?! Well this chick just used the drill and zapped each toe. When I looked down at my two big toes there were black spots near the cuticle line. I asked what is that? First thought it was something from soaking my feet. I asked, she didnt speak english and couldnt answer me. I had to yell out can someone answer my question please???? Finally a lady comes over and tells me its a bruise??? WTF. I didnt have it before I came in. Once she was done they asked if I wanted my mani-cure.. I SAID HELL NO AND PAID AND LEFT. Being a diabetic---foot care is extremely important. It's been four months and the bruises are growing out. Just hope by the time they hit the edge of my nail, that all will be ok. I took my daughter their to get acrylic nails. I did a pedicure. Have gone a few times. Pedicure ladies do great, but the owner MARY at station number 1 is the rudest person ever. She did a horrible job. Cut 3 of my fingers, was bleeding she didnt put alcohol on it to clean them. 2 of my nails were crooked i told her i didnt not like the 2 nails they were the wrong size and put on crooked. She ignored me and told me i was done. There is hair stuck under the clear coat i showed her and i could hear her in english tell the next customer shes exhausted. She used the saime instruments on the next customer that she cut me with not cleaning them. I called to complain she was yelling at me over phone. Saying i was a liar. This place does not sterilize their instruments at all. Mary is bad at what she does and rushed through. Now i have cut dingers and crooked nails all for only 72$!!! read more

Subpar period. Station #1 Lady is terrible. Instruments seem dull and the pulling and tugging on my cuticle was very uncomfortable and scary. I was cut on my pinky finger. Polish and massage well subpar. Massage was all of 1 minute on each hand - it was decent or could have been if it had been just a bit longer. She wasn't able to redeem herself after cutting me. There seems to be a shortage of staff for a Sunday. Parking is hard to find in this busy area. Let's hope the pedi goes better. My friend says Neu is the best. One hour later: Pedi was great and Neu is good. Not the best for me but good. Takes her time and pays throughly attention. My callouses are gone (I walk barefoot at home most of the time.) If I lived in the area I probably wouldn't go to this nail salon/shop because of the location, and personnel. read more

Wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. The ladies were extremely rude and demanded that we pay her before she did our nails. I've never been told to pay prior to the service. When we declined she yelled at us because "we were gonna pay her anyway!". The lady cut me 3 times and didn't even apologize. My coffin nails were uneven and crooked, my "matte" polish lasted 3 days. My nails weren't primed beforehand, which is why I believe they came off.. My friends was cut as well. And 3 of her nails came off within the first week. Our other friend's nails are lifting after the first 3 days. Wouldn't recommend at all. read more

Horrible customer service. My mother was there this weekend &she will not be going back. The person who did her pedicure had a stale attitude. (Who we believe is the owner) Was not engaging at all during the pedicure, just grabbing and dunking her foot in with no communication whatsoever. The moment my mother refused the callous remover gel treatment, they started spouting off in their language about her. Has no one told these women that it's very rude to discuss others, in another language? Horrible. People are coming to do their nails and contribute to your business during a pandemic and this is how you choose to treat them? Maybe she didn't have enough for the damn treatment. Also they've recently raised their prices. To top it all off, the work done on my Mom's toes was terrible. They didn't even cut her toenails right, or remove the dead skin properly around her toes. It is "no muss no fuss", they get me in & out promptly, my feet look great, and there is no high pressure sales for "upgrades" on a pedicure. I've been going to Nancy and Mary for over 5 years, their service is always excellent. Their prices are always reasonable. I love this place and I wouldn't go anywhere else, even if I have to wait for one of my favorites to be free. Honestly it's always a hit and miss. 80% of the time it's a miss. There's only 2 ladies here that understand English. The credit card machine is down 50% of the time & they don't mention that until it's time to pay. If you don't have cash they will follow you to the bank if they could. It's unprofessional. If your nails are drying, when you stand up, all the nail techs stop what they're doing to watch you walk to the front to make sure you pay. Aside from that, they are not up to the newest trends so do not bother finding a cute pic of what you want & asking them to do it because they don't know how! This young guy was my manicurist until some other ppl starting showing up and i guess the owner took over my nails. Do Not go here, I repeat do not go here they don't deserve a star! I go to put my feet in the water and lucky I just touched the top the water was scalding hot enough to give third degree burns, took 10 minutes for the non talking lady to get the tempature somewhat decent, then the water drained out. When she started running water my feet were in the spa it was scalding when it hit the top of one of me feet, I pulled them out. Then I got ice cold water which I sat there for 45 minutes. I was so excited to get my nails done with my friends because they said this place was great and affordable. However, the guy who did my nails took excessively long, cut my finger to where it was bleeding, and then proceeded to file AND paint my nail even after me pointing out it was bleeding. My thumbs are two completely different lengths and shapes. He also used gel nail polish when I specifically said, multiple times, NO GEL. Meaning, my nails cost $40 when I was only expecting to pay $30 including the tip, because I only asked for solid color acrylics. They watch their shows off their cell while doing your nails and the cherry on the cake after explaining to the lady doing pedicure I wanted more pink on toes she literally flips out throws all her things. Today was the first time that my sister and I got a spa pedicure from this nail shop. One of the ladies was very rude when we first walked in didn't welcome us hidden taxes what services we need it and tell the next person walk then greeted them and ask them what services they needed. Then it took them an additional 30 minutes of waiting and the pedicure Spa chair for someone to put water in the bowl to soak our feet. Went in with my sister for simple manicure today. The employees were rude and unorganized. The store is understaffed so I was told that I would have to wait until they finished my sister's nails; there was only one other customer there besides my sister and I. The rude manicurist, cut my sister's finger's two separate times, both cuts began to bleed. The woman never apologized; instead, she said "oh, I cut you" in the least concerned voice imaginable. The experience did not get any better. The woman took two separate smoke breaks within the forty-five minutes it took her to complete the job. She raised her voice at my sister, when she did not do a thorough job washing the oil off before she put on the first coat of polish. She also snapped at the other costumer who was getting a pedicure, when she asked if she could change the channel on the television. Needless to say when she finished the job on my sister, I did not want her to do my own nails.
