Furthermore, they didn't actually fix their mistake. I had to pull over because the plastic part under my car was scrapping the ground. I looked to investigate and it was cracked in half because they did not screw the part back together. I'm concerned, because the lack of care and attention can cause accidents while I'm on the road.
