On the other hand, we ended up having to call the custer support team, which was really really bad. I cannot be certain, but I think the support technician was using a script because he called me sir repeatedly even though I don't have a masculine voice and my name is Sarah (lol) and ultimately could not help us even though he said he would be able to. I wish the people in the store were able to help us because they were knowledgeable and capable enough, but the changes T Mobile made took this capability away from them (poor planning for sure).

I thought that was really nice, since most places would've been sorry for your luck. We waited about 15 minutes for him to come back. One of the other employees offered my friend a chair since they only had one and she had a hard time getting off of that one. It's very open as in a bit empty inside but they sell phones, cases, screen repair and other things you would find in convenience type stores. The two gentlemen we dealt with were really friendly. Her phone screen replacement was $90 for an iPhone 13. At least we know of a place close to home to get the screens fixed for a decent price.

It is fast, reliable, and when I need assistance they are reasonably easy to work with. However, when it comes to their cable TV service... They are out of their minds! Their price is too high to begin with. Then it seems every time I get my bill the price has gone up. And without any warning. It's crazy! I have switched things around now. I still get my Internet service and landline from Spectrum. And the price is reasonable. The speed and reliability is excellent. But I dropped their cable service and went with an independent streaming service. I get all the channels I had plus some additional ones and I save A LOT of money. You need to do some research of your own. Spectrum can be good and bad. It's up to you.
