I have nothing but great things to say about QP Plumbing! Oscar is very responsive, professional,…read moreeasy to work with, and an overall stand up guy with a high level of integrity. Last year we had a water heater installed by QP Plumbing. There was one part of the installation that was overlooked and caused us some issues. When I told Oscar, he took complete accountability and offered to give us monetary compensation. I told him if he could just provide us with a credit on future service that would be great. Fast forward to present day, we had leak with one of our pipes. Oscar was able to come immediately to diagnose the issue and got his crew here the next day to get the issue resolved. Oscar did in fact give me the credit we had discussed over a year ago which I appreciated. I certainly plan to use QP Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs moving forward and I would highly recommend them.

Your home's plumbing is an "out of sight, out of mind" thing. If you don't have to think about it,…read morethen it's doing its job correctly. My parents-in-law had a toilet that wasn't draining properly, a semi-emergency since it's the only toilet in their small condo. It was already late in the day, but I found QP Plumbing and messaged them and they were able to have a plumber out early the next morning. Leo was the plumber who visited and he did a lot of troubleshooting: first with a plunger, then an auger, then removing the toilet to inspect the trap and the drain pipe. In the end, we determined that the toilet should be replaced because of its age, and Leo took care of buying a new toilet, installing it, and hauling the old one away. He recommended a toilet that's elongated and slightly higher, which was a great option for our elderly parents with reduced mobility. Leo also replaced the wax ring and flange bolts and caulked the new toilet well. He took the time to do the job right, and the price was quite reasonable. And the new toilet is a huge improvement over the old one. Thanks QP for the quality work and for giving our parents one less thing to have to worry about!

Genuinely great experience in a plumbing emergency. Our home suffered an unexpected main-line…read morebackup due to the faulty design of an old cast iron Pomona tee. This happened around 6am, I reached out at 8:30am, and Kyle arrived at 10:30am. Our technician, Kyle, was incredible. He drew clear diagrams to help me understand exactly why a snake couldn't clear it. He quickly provided an estimate to replace the fitting with a modern bullhorn design to eliminate future issues, and also noticed our downstairs toilet wax ring needed replacement. While I initially considered replacing the wax ring myself after researching it, I am so glad I left it to the professionals. The toilet weighed nearly 100 lbs and the floor bolts were severely rusted. Kyle gracefully applied a discount to the overall package that helped soften the blow. The best part was the incredible timeline: he provided the estimate and got the entire job done the SAME DAY. In a house with four people and no running water, this rapid response was an absolute lifesaver. Kyle began the work immediately and was very respectful of our property. He communicated with me every step of the way, showing me the problems and explaining his solutions. He dug out the clogged fitting, replaced it, backfilled the hole, and finished by resetting the toilet. By 7pm that very evening, our plumbing was fully restored! Kyle was kind, knowledgeable, and highly professional. Thank you from a very relieved family in a 50-year-old Anaheim home!

High Speed lived up to their name and were the first to give me an estimate and same day service. When Michael stopped by my home he was courteous and communicated what he was doing as needed. There were a few moments when I was worried about needing more extensive service but he took care of it and then some. I know I'll definitely be recommending him and High Speed to my friends and family for prompt and courteous service!

I really appreciated that he gave me several options to consider instead of pressuring me into one solution. What impressed me most was how clearly he explained everything. Since I know very little about how HVAC systems work, he broke it down in a way that was easy to understand--almost like he was teaching an elementary school student, but in the best way possible. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled. Thank you, All City, for sending someone with Sky's expertise and valueto my home. He's a true asset to your team, and I highly recommend both him and All City!

We hired this company to repair a water leak and replace our water heater. While the leak itself…read morewas eventually fixed and the job did ultimately pass every city inspection, the process took about a month longer than it should have and cost us real time, stress, and lost work -- issues we feel other homeowners should know about before hiring. Work began July 5th with tank removal and drywall demo by Collen S. and his partner. The next day, they repaired the leak by replacing about 6 feet of PEX line, and a subcontractor patched the drywall. About 20 minutes after the patch was done, Collen S. told us the new water heater install was good to go. We specifically asked whether a permit was needed -- for both the leak repair and the water heater install -- and Collen S. and his partner told us twice that day that it wasn't. We requested one anyway. That turned out to matter a great deal. On July 14th, Collen S. gave us only about 30 minutes' notice before the inspector arrived, even though we had asked him to give us a day in advance so we could request time off work to be present. The inspector arrived anyway, and when we asked directly, he confirmed that both the water heater installation and the PEX line replacement had been done without the required permits -- meaning both jobs were effectively illegal until they could be properly permitted and inspected. This flatly contradicted what Collen S. and his partner had told us twice on-site. The next day, we called the company's manager, Steve, and raised three concerns: the contradictory permit information, the last-minute inspection notice, and our request for a different crew going forward. On July 21st, a new tech, Michael, introduced himself, and the City of Eastvale inspected the drywall repair. The city did not approve it and required the wall reopened for a mold check. Michael returned that same day to reopen it. On July 27th, the city inspected inside the wall, confirmed no mold, and approved the space to be patched and the water heater reinstalled. Drywall repatching happened August 3rd, and the final inspection closed everything out August 6th -- roughly a month after the leak repair began. On top of the permit issues, we were also pressured more than once to buy add-on services unrelated to our leak. Collen S. showed us "dirty" pipes at least twice in what felt less like genuine advice and more like an attempt to play on our emotions to drive a commission-based sale of a whole-house filtration system. He also pushed a full home re-pipe on separate occasions -- again, unrelated to what we'd actually called about. To be fair, the leak repair itself was solid, the city inspectors were thorough, and the job ultimately passed every inspection with no mold found. But getting there cost us two additional days off work -- one for the re-inspection that was only necessary because permits weren't pulled correctly from the start, and one for the wall re-closing after the unapproved drywall job had to be reopened -- plus significant back-and-forth to sort out miscommunication that should never have happened. We're hopeful the company will work with us to make this right, since the repairs themselves held up -- it was everything around them that fell short. A crew not knowing (or misrepresenting) basic permit requirements, and using emotional pressure tactics to upsell unrelated services, are things we don't think any customer should have to tolerate -- and we'd encourage this company to address both with its technicians directly. Because of the permit miscommunication that left our repairs technically illegal for over a week, the last-minute inspection scheduling, the repeated upselling pressure, and the extra days off work it all cost us, we cannot recommend this company.
