    This is the top I want to return. I have two of the same cops. What am I gonna do with that?

    My first experience was good, but as I go, the experience seem to decline. About a week and a half ago I went there wanted to purchase an item that was on sale, but I needed a bigger size and I asked the sales person to check online, before completing the purchase, he looked online. And said they was out of stock. They didn't have anymore ,when I looked on his phone. they did have them in stock. So I got home I checked and they did have them online in stock. I went yesterday to return a shirt that they only had an extra large in the store and I had ordered a large to see which one fit better ; I was told they didn't have no more as well. But they did I don't know if they trying to make a sale or employees. Some of them just liars... they gonna tell me it's outside the 30 day window to return the shirt that I ordered online because it's shipped out March 21 and when I called the line the store experience people , they trying to tell me about the 30 day policy. When you order online 30 days should start from when you get the item .. They are saying it start from when they ship the item .. that is not true They created the label on the 21st at 10 at night and it shows you on my tracking information. I looked at UPS tracking they created the label March 21 the shirt didn't ship until March 22 . I went to the Brea Mall Express and I was told my items were outside the 30 days by one day they couldn't return the item back. I think that is unfair and that policy need to change. Even the people with the store experience the number you call (they was no help. Neither a bunch of liars ,) I asked for supervisor, all of them is supposed to be supervisors. are they just doing say what they want just like some of the people in the store, not all. you do better shopping at TJ Maxx at least you have 60 days at least the employees. The managers will take stuff back after 60 days with the tags on it and have not been worn. The value is not what it used to be . So in the picture, you see the UPS tracking they said the label was created on March 21 and it also said UPS didn't have it yet. You see on March 22 when UPS had it but you can see it was other issues why it was in transitioning to get to me

    Even though I don't fit most of the clothes they sell, they get major points for customer service. With only what seemed like a couple employees there, they went far above and beyond when asked about looking up our Express Credit Card to see if it was still active. Not only did they let us know it was still active, but they called and ordered us a replacement card! Then proceeded to tell us we could still shop that day and charge to the card. May seem like a little thing, but most places would just say 'call the 800 number on the back of the card'. They didn't - so thank you.

    Came here for some pants, within the first 5 minutes of walking in, we were approached by at least 5 different employees who all asked us if we needed any help or assistance with...that's nice and all, but we just walked in and were simply browsing. Give us some space to look around first or at least make eye contact with you to indicate we need assistance. The employees continued to repeatedly check in with us as we were browsing for clothes for the remainder of our time there. It got really annoying. They need to be able to read people better. What's even more annoying, though, is that when we did ask for assistance, they weren't able to help us and needed to ask amongst one another to answer it...it wasn't even a hard question! It was simply, "What's the smallest size these pants run in?" Anyway, we ended up just figuring it out on our own. ...came back a few days later to do an exchange on one of the pairs the pants we bought. We bought two pairs the other day -- there was a mix and match buy one, get another pair 50% deal going on for the pants when we bought it. The sale was still going on when we came back to exchange the pants. When we picked new pants to change for the pair we purchased and got up to the register to do the exchange, the girl at the register said that we had a balance due for the exchange... we asked her why and she tried to explain to us that because we purchased the 2 pairs of pants under the buy one get one 50% off deal, in order to exchange the 1 pair of pants, we had to pay the remaining 50% off on it... That literally makes 0 sense. She actually said it'd be easier for us to have returned both pairs of pants and then repurchase the pair of pants...why is that easier than just making a 1 for 1 exchange?! Anyway, I probably won't be returning back to this Express anytime soon.

If you value being treated with basic human Decency, do not shop here. I walked out feeling disrespected and humiliated by a staff that is clearly untrained and hostile. ​The experience at the returns counter was a disaster from start to finish: ​The "Frontline" Issue: The associate (thin with black hair) was flat-out insulting. She rolled her eyes, talked down to me, and acted like following the store's own return policy was a personal burden to her. It wasn't just "attitude"--it was blatant unprofessionalism. ​The Incompetence: A second associate with curly hair actually found me an exchange item in a larger size, only to suddenly "change her story" and claim it wasn't policy. Don't offer solutions you don't understand; it's misleading and incompetent. ​The "Leadership": When the manager was called over, things actually got worse. Instead of de-escalating, the manager was arrogant, dismissive, and provided zero help. ​When the leadership is this rude, it explains why the staff feels comfortable mistreating paying customers. This isn't just one "bad day"--it's a systemic failure in training and accountability. Zara corporate needs to take a hard look at the Brea location because the current staff is driving loyal customers away for good. I will never spend another dime here.

The staff was always so friendly, and I always had a great experience. I moved farther away a while ago, so I hadn't purchased from them in some time. When I recently checked out their website, I was impressed by how much they had to offer online. My order shipped quickly, the quality was exactly what I remembered, and what really stood out was their incredible customer service. I ordered a size that ended up being too small because it was the only size available online at the time. I was hoping it would work, but unfortunately it didn't. I emailed their customer service explaining the situation and noticed the larger size wasn't available online, but it was showing as available at one of their store locations. Their team went above and beyond. They were able to transfer that size so it could be purchased online, making the exchange process incredibly easy. Once I returned the original item, I received a full refund, including my shipping costs. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Stitch & Feather truly went above and beyond, and it's one of the many reasons I'll continue to support them. A1 customer service--I can't recommend them enough!

The customer service is impeccable, and Izzy especially always goes above and beyond. She's incredibly personable, easy to work with, and has an amazing eye for putting looks together. She always gives great styling suggestions and somehow manages to recommend pieces I wouldn't normally pick for myself but end up loving. She really makes the whole experience feel personalized and effortless. The styles are always great, they get new arrivals every Tuesday, and every visit feels like a VIP shopping experience. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop.

Keith immediately jumped in to help, bringing me multiple styles and sizes to try on. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to talk to. Because of his friendly approach, I felt comfortable trying on items I normally wouldn't have considered. With Keith's help, I ended up building a beautiful summer vacation capsule wardrobe. I also found out both a teacher and healthcare professional, I qualified for an additional 15% discount, which I greatly appreciated. The best part is that this shopping trip inspired me to go home and completely clean out my closet. I donated four large bags of clothing and, with just a few carefully selected pieces from J.Crew Factory (and a few items from Nordstrom Rack and some from my closet), I was able to create 42 summer outfits from only 7 tops and 6 bottoms! This brand always gives me major '90s throwback vibes, which I appreciate. The store itself is very clean, items well stocked and well-organized, with plenty of space to browse. There were only a couple other customers inside. That said, the staff were chit-chatting and didn't seem particularly engaged to acknowledge you as you walk by which put a bit of a damper on the experience. (FYI - I like to be left alone when I'm browsing, but a courtesy hello would be nice when you come in). I wandered around for a while but didn't find anything that stood out enough to buy --- the sale wasn't a wow-factor...even with 60% off clearance. Overall, it's nice to have this store here, but my visit felt a little underwhelming. Maybe need to try again for Black Friday!

    I'm not impressed! I've attempted to shop here twice. It isn't close for me...about 35 minutes…read moreaway. The first time I showed up about 8 months ago and the store was closed - during business hours. It wasn't even lunch time. Today I was at the Brea Mall so I thought I'd try again. I called at 12:30 PM to see if they carry the style of shoe that I was looking for. There was no answer. I called twice. I don't understand since they don't even open until 12 PM. Their business hours are listed 12-5pm. Do they open at 12 and then go on a 2 hour lunch break? I really don't get it. I showed up at their store at 1:15pm today, and just as I was parking, a young man was at the front door, changing the little sign with a Clock that shows when they will be back!! What the hell? This is my second attempt. I guess they don't want my business. It's absolutely ridiculous. This place sucks already since it's never open when you show up. They won't answer the phone either so there's that. How frustrating!! don't waste your time! The store is small anyways. Looking through the window they don't have much inventory, so I guess I won't waste my time ever again in the future. Lame!! I don't know how they stay in business.

I guess if you like shops like Ron Herman or Unionmade w/o the far drive up, this is the shop!
