This review is strictly based on employee attitude. I love windsor clothing. I love their trendy clothing and the special occasion dresses are great prices. The employee attitude at this location is HORRIBLE. Seriously I don't know why the cashier (I believe her name was Katy) is so rude and seems so unhappy to be at work. They really need training on how to treat people and realize that not everyone is a teenager looking for a homecoming dress they can treat however they feel like. Terrible service. I was waiting in line for 10 - 15 minutes waiting on one cashier. When I was ready to pay she was very rude offering everyone else a garment bag with a hanger, but wanted to give me my dress folded in a regular bag. She was rude and very impatient. read more

La la love Kelly and Sam!!!! After a horrible experience at another Windsor these two ladies made my day. I hope they are management because they handled the situation with poise, grace, and professionalism. Please have them train Mission Viejo location to be just like the Brea location. They not only represented themselves as wonderful individuals but they represented the business as equally wonderful. Wanted to update my review after my visit to the Windsor at Brea Mall today. Thank you to management for addressing the concerns of your patrons; the girls on staff were SUPER friendly, greeting me as I walked in and even offering to start a dressing room for me when I had an item in hand. Would have given five stars, but was bummed out by the lack of selection of body suits on sale - really loved this about Windsor when I came here in early May, and would appreciate a bigger selection again! This place is the definition of a hit or miss. One day I'll walk buy and think "who tf would shop here". Other days I'll be like "damn that would look good af on me!" Maybe it just depends on if you're into the cheap girl/ definitely on a budget look or not. I'm definitely not and would rather spend the extra $ for quality. They have SOME cute bodysuits and coats/jackets and I say that loosely. The shoes are janky af. The jewelry is costume like that will turn your body parts green lol. honestly this place never fails to give me a perfect dress during a time crunch! I can rely on Windsor every single time to provide a good enough selection of trendy dresses for cocktail receptions, going out, weddings & holiday parties. It would be a surprise if I don't find something I like the first go-around. I don't always have perfect luck at Windsor, so if (at the rare occasion) I have to look elsewhere I dread it so much because I know how much of a drag it would be. this specific location inside Brea Mall is my favorite for sure - second place would definitely go to the one at The Shoppes in Chino Hills. read more

I have missed this Windsor being open! I went shopping at this store on Sunday. I was expecting to feel comfortable walking in and shopping, but that was not the case. The employees seemed to keeping distance from customers, but not with each other. I've had good customer experience in this store plenty of times, but not this time. Why did my girlfriend and I even bother shopping at any other location or store to find a dress for her? We could have saved a lot of time. We went to at least three or four different places to find the right dress. This is our second time we found a dress for my girlfriend at this location. There are a lot to select from. The dresses are sorted by color which made it easier to find a dress. What made the shopping experience much easier is their employees. They were extremely helpful. When my girlfriend had a couple dresses in her hands, the girl immediately said that she can put the dresses at the dressing room so my girlfriend can continue shopping for more. After my girlfriend shopped around and trying dresses on for about 45 minutes, she walked out with a dress. read more

I came in to find a specific dress for a wedding and drove an hour there for it and had Danielle help me out all the way through my shopping experience and since it was a mistake in the system as to it being in the store , she was able to order it for me. This has to be the most unprofessional, unorganized store I've been to. I went in to find a nice dress, on my way in I was greeted from someone at the counter. And as I made my way through the mess I managed to pick up several dresses. Not once did the two woman who were busy chatting it up with one another asked if I needed help or a dressing room. At this point I had around 7 dresses in my hand. I had to go up to the girls and ask them to put them in a room for me so I can continue the hunt. After 5 more minutes of walking the store I made my way into the dressing rooms, dodging racks or clothes. I went in and not once of me being in there did anyone come and check on me. Horrible service and it wasn't even busy. Maybe one other shopper was there. I will not be returning here. Hopefully they get their crap together and also, please donate the dresses that are not selling, this store is over saturated with clothing. read more

So I have gone in a couple times to look at sun glasses, I dont know why but I like the glasses there like a lot. They are special to me, I dont know but I always get flack for looking at girls stuff, but then this worker named Pheobe approached me. At first I thought she was gonna give me trouble too but she actually complimented me, I bought the pair and I bought another one I like. Seriously, this place is turning into the Wal Mart for dresses. Dresses are literally thrown back into circulation on the racks. Broken zippers, split seams, and since staff can't be bothered to actually hang stuff up properly, clasps get stuck to other things, the dresses get tangled up amongst themselves, and it's a total mess. read more

I'm not sure why the service reps in this store are so rude. I've come in multiple times both to make purchases as well as do online returns and every time they are flat out rude. I'm sorry if I'm making you do your job. Apparently warm welcomes aren't offered for all customers that enter and its not like I can pin point one particular sales rep, because almost every time I visit there seem to be new works and they all seem to follow the same rude approach. Honestly, this place has the nicest employees! Everyone is really sweet and helpful. They set up dressing rooms for you, they help you find your size, and they give you their opinion on which dress they like better. I remember coming here in when I was in high school to pick out Prom dresses. I remember them helping me so much. Also, their prices are pretty reasonable. read more
