So we stopped at Icing and they actually had a deal with piercings today too, so get ears pierced and 3 things for 50% off anything in the store. Walked in and 3 girls were standing by the piercing area and I asked them if they are doing them today they said yes. The employee Vanessa who was amazing and so sweet and gentle with baby girl. Made her feel less scared and worried. Baby girl picked out the 44mm pink stone which is actually her birth stone :) Vanessa was so sweet, she told baby girl it's a tiny pitch and thats it. So she got a bit nervous got the dots on her ears and Vanessa got the piercing gun ready and said are you ready? Baby girl said ok, so I called my husband so he can watch too lol. Couple seconds it was done she didn't cry or anything she got a little hot and flushed after but she was ok sat there for a few and got up excited to pick out some new ones so after Vanessa asked if we wanted to pick out any earrings for after 3 weeks of cleaning she can change her earrings. So she got some stuff, picked out some earrings and a few other things. She is so happy thank you so much Vanessa for making her feel so comfortable and calm during the whole process you are awesome!! I came in to Windsor without much idea of what I wanted to wear to a trip I was going to for Easter, I needed a couple outfits and I'm so lucky to have come here to shop! I grabbed an associate named Marie, I saw that she was busy restocking some merchandise, but when I asked for her help she gladly stopped to help me! She was super friendly and cheerful and took me around the store grabbing things she thought I would like. In the fitting room, another girl (didn't get her name, she was tall with blonde hair) helped me as well! She gave me her honest opinions on some of the stuff I was trying on. Marie came back to check on me and brought more items she said another associate Erica grabbed thought I would like. I ended up buying 2 outfits and a top that Erica picked. The girls that work here are all friendly and have great teamwork that sometimes retail employees lack. It's refreshing going to a store where they really want to help you get what you need. I came to Brea Mall today March 15th along with my daughter to buy a prom dress for her , and to visit around 5 other stores . It was busy (6pm) we're both happy since there was a big selection ! All of the prom type dresses were at the back of the store and there were 3 people around but only one associate was helping my daughter . I didnt get her name but se was a young girl with long black hair and glasses . The fittings rooms were full and oter customers needed her help too but she was able to help us all by herself . No associate came to the back to help with the busyness . The girl helped my daughter choose between 2 dresses and got us the right size and silver earring to match ! I went into get an NYE dress the night before NYE and the customer service there was impeccable! I used to work at Windsor so that's why I continue to shop there to promote the brand and business. Her rude demeanor is probably a contributing reason why I didn't purchase in-store the first time. Lesson learned. The girl took it off...that's not the major problem... I live in Georgia. I packed and left Cali. Got home.,,another sensor is on my pants Here's the kicker, they refuse to call me back. Their customer service is horrible How unprofessional that you don't answer or return calls at a business. They have a VM but they refuse to address this problem Now I have fake Gucci pants unuseable w a sensor tag on it and a half run business that won't answer calls Don't go there!

I recently won a $100 gift card for this store and although not necessarily an age appropriate…read morestore for me, I was able to see lots of items I loved. Specifically Jack Skellington items so we bought a blanket, a couple of plush dolls and some slippers. So I guess age appropriate doesn't apply after all! The service was awesome! The cashier helped me buy the items and applied some sales prices so I was able to squeeze more out of the gift card. A+

The backpacks, the jewelry, the cute socks and accessories. I used to love buying all my belly rings here lol! I still love this store, we stopped in to see if they had maybe a cute lunchbox for baby girl. Didn't see anything, saw so many other things I wanted but don't really need right now. So we looked around, they had a lot of really cute stuff I wanted to get but maybe next time. We had fun looking around the store though they have so much to look at. It was pretty busy but everyone there was friendly and helpful. Couldn't find a cute lunchbox but def will be back again. This store is nostalgic and always will be fun!
