Both ladies were so helpful & friendly. A few years ago they closed 2 of my favorite L.B stores that I visited alot. 1 in West Covina & the other in Glendora. So crazy in here. The first thing you notice is clothing everywhere. You will also notice the very long line and a ton of customers paying cash. Although the prices are good, because you get that extra 60% off, I feel like the quality of the clothing has changed a lot over the years. It used to be so dependable and the sizes fit just right. Now I feel like the size I wear is a lot tighter and the collar wraps around my neck much more uncomfortably. If you see something you like, but it is the last size or no size, unfortunately this is not the place you bring up to the cash register and ask for them to ship it in your size. This is an outlet. Every one of these pieces are unique and only available here at the store. They have a lot of clothing in extra XX large sizes, lacking in the mediums and smalls. The designs for women are not very complementary to the body. A lot more masculine and the colors are just out there, like lavender purple screaming pink, bright turquoise ... it's not good looking. It's like shopping at children's place minus the characters.

We went to at least three or four different places to find the right dress. This is our second time we found a dress for my girlfriend at this location. There are a lot to select from. The dresses are sorted by color which made it easier to find a dress. What made the shopping experience much easier is their employees. They were extremely helpful. When my girlfriend had a couple dresses in her hands, the girl immediately said that she can put the dresses at the dressing room so my girlfriend can continue shopping for more. After my girlfriend shopped around and trying dresses on for about 45 minutes, she walked out with a dress.

The store was pretty decent maintained, clothes were from what I saw all hanging on a hanger or on a shelf (I've been to locations where you see clothes on the floor) Some of the sale items were a really good deal, like basic tees for $10 or less and even graphic and embroidered tees for $15 They have a self checkout area that reminded me so much of how self checkout is in Korea! If you haven't been, definitely worth a visit to browse and hunt down some good deals!

The positives: Clothing quality seems very high with soft and thick fabrics. Store is large and clean and we'll organized. Staff seemed friendly and polite although sparce and hard to locate or identify in the store itself... Side note : (I finally did identify someone who was an employee by going to the fitting room, when I asked him about the return policy, he said something to the effect of "when you buy online, the return policy is..." he paused trying to find the right words, so I helped the poor guy out by jumping in and saying: "a disaster?" he promptly and begrudgingly agreed.) Read on: The "need to knows": prices seem above average to high relative to other stores and relative to what you get... perhaps they are trying to compete with higher end stores...? I am not a huge shopper so I can't really say for sure, hence the reason this fact is not listed as a negative. Sizing is off, not just relative to normal sizes, but even within their own product lines. You really need to try stuff on and not assume a large in product x will fit the same as a large in product y. This is what brings me to the negatives.. The bad: the return policy is vague at best... We purchased online and shipped to store, and of course NOTHING FIT. We had no idea this meant there is absolutely no way to return for a refund. Surely this is stated in some vague return policy section online, but really, what store doesn't allow for a return and why would a client in this day and age think to check that or even fathom a company wouldn't stand by their product? Not only is there no refund but there is also no return for store credit LMAO, yes NO STORE CREDIT even!! What does this mean we asked: you have to find another item for the same price and do a like for like exchange. Guess what? The sizing SUCKS, as noted above, and they did not have ANY of the items we bought online that didn't fit in store for us to just exchange for the size that fit... So we had to wonder around aimlessly for similar priced items to exchange... After about an hour and finally choosing some random overpriced crap we really didint need, as opposed to wasting the $80+ we spent online, we went back to the checkout to try to exchange. The HILARITY continued at this point when our exchange items were like 40 cents Less than the items bought online.. Could we get 40c back? NO Could we just let them keep the 40c? No What could we do? Buy ANOTHER ITEM we don't need and pay the difference. LMAO rufk? So we bought a $6 tote bag from the checkout line and we're out another $5+ as this was basically our lowest cost option. (Not to mention I need another canvas tote like I need a hole in the head) So as we finalized this Ridiculous transaction what does the employee tell us: NOW THIS EXCHANGE IS FINAL SALE!! LMAO.. you gotta be fn kidding me... So after an hour and a half we left with $86 of overpriced items we didn't need and were absolutely stuck with, just lovely. To add to the already unbelievable experience, as my wife and I were dealing with this BS, there was a poor young lady at the checker next to us having essentially the SAME ridiculous conversation... Hers was aggravated further with a gift card or store credit involved which somehow, unsurprisingly, also was causing her purchase to be unreturnable/final sale and not an option to be credited back to her stored value card.. WTF? YEA, AS I SAID IN THE OPENING COMMENT, THATS THE FIRST AND LAST SALE FROM US!
