When I asked the owner if he could steam / iron out the huge crease from the old hem, he told me no, that it would take too long to heat up his iron. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Initial customer service was medicrore at best. The dress I brought in was brand-new; not even worn once. When I put on the dress, GG was hesitant to touch the dress and insisted that my daughter pin the it. Upon discussing what I wanted to be altered, he assured me that we would have no worries. Upon picking up the dress, I immediately noticed that there were some major issues with the alterations. The midline of the dress was moved, and when I mentioned it, he said that I was wearing the dress crooked. I also mentioned that the middle of the dress didn't stand right and looked horrible and said it was perfect. GG didn't want to listen to any comments I made. He told me not to talk, take the dress, leave, and don't come back. I simply wanted to state my issues, and he didn't listen. He stated his work was perfect, and if there is a flaw, it's what we see. We were told to immediately leave and not come back. Disgusting customer service. Safe to say that I will not be coming back to this sorry excuse of an alteration tailor. He RUINED my brand-new dress, and I will be reporting him to the Corona Chamber of Business. I brought my mother in to get a suit altered. In between helping us, he had us waiting to help 3 people. Also, had us waiting while he went to work on an item. When he gave us the price, my mom said that it was kinda expensive but didn't say she didn't want to do it. The man immediately dismissed her and turned around to help someone else. I also noticed that the business have good quality machinery and a store full of gowns and dresses waiting for alterations, a good sign. A few days later and at a very reasonable price I picked up my garment and found the stitching and detail to be perfectly matched as how it had originally came when purchased. They did an amazing job hemming some flare jeans and wide leg cords for me. Reasonably priced and super quick. Other places were telling me 2+ week wait time. This place had both pants ready in 3 days. I'm an avid thrifter, so now I know I don't have to pass up on some gems I find; I can just bring them here to be altered to fit me perfectly.
