Washable Laundry I…read moream writing this review to say that Washable Laundry in Bend, Oregon is the loveliest laundromat I have ever had the pleasure to patronize! It is immaculate, modern, and well maintained, it has an excellent location and great parking, and on the day I was there it was cared for by a wonderful attendant (a blonde woman whose name I did not learn) who was constantly cleaning and providing help to everyone who needed it. I assume it is not the cheapest laundromat in Bend, but every penny has clearly been reinvested in the the machines, the facility, and the service. And the money is going to good people, because the attendant told me that the owners are the nicest people she has ever worked for. Laundromats aren't normally the most enjoyable places, but I will actually look forward to the next occasion when I need to use the services of Washable Laundry!

Came here to wash my clothes today 7/24/2026 at around 2pm. One of the dryers kept turning off…read moreevery 2 minutes saying something about no vacuum. Then when it did stop turning off. It wasn't producing any heat. We spoke to the attendant who said it wasn't her problem, it was the machine's fault. We had put $1.25 into this dryer and then another .50¢ thinking it didn't have enough time to dry but it was the dryer that just wasn't working. All we wanted was our credit back so we could move the load into another machine but the attendant refused saying there was nothing she could do because she "forgot her reimbursement card". Then she told us she couldn't give us coins either because "it's the owners policy" not handling cash. It should be the attendants responsibility to have the reimbursement card for situations like these where the machine stops working. Instead the attendant deflected and acted like we were in the wrong despite her clearly stating she forgot this reimbursement card at home. Then the attendant started videoing the machine spinning to "show the owner that the machine clearly works". Just because the machine is spinning does not mean it's producing heat.
