First, the good: I got their wash and fold service twice. They did a good job of folding the laundry neatly both times. Though the second time the clothes was a bit wrinkly, it was neatly folded (maybe just hung out in the dryer too long before folding). The Bad: They are not responsive when it comes to order requests. The second time I ordered, they never responded to my text message and it took 3 calls and about 20 hours to get in touch with them. The third time I made a request, I texted and left two voicemails and they simply never responded. In summary: They're a good service once they pick up your clothes, but if you're needing a quick turn around then don't wait around for them to acknowledge your order request.
