The first time I used express mechanic I was at work when someone told me my car was spewing oil all over the street, I was afraid to move it and didn't want to pay tons of money for a tow. I found express mechanic on yelp, they messaged me back right away and the mechanic found the problem in just a few minutes. He replaced the part quickly and the price was extremely fair. I have a classic European car so it can be very hard to find someone that isn't going to rip me off! It was such a relief to have someone be super straight up and honest. I just used their services again today for an oil change, again they responded quickly and got the job ton for a fair price. Horrible customer service called him 2 days ago and he still hasn't called me back. He said he would call back with a price. He only wants customers who don't know anything about mechanics I assume because I told him what I needed on my car and then he says you have 2 of them that he would have to look at it and I told him no it's only 1 I've already diagnosed the problem I just need him to fix it and that's when he didn't call me back because I know a little something about mechanics and I've done plenty of research to not spend money we're it's not needed. Once again if you know mechanics or what you need he won't work with you because I feel like he will come up with a bunch of other excuses to charge you for something that is not. So I ended up replacing the hose my self since they dont care to call back and help,I ended up saving money. In March of 2023 I had Allan replace my ignition switch. My key would not turn in the ignition. Allan charged me $450. Four months later, in July of 2023, my car would not start again. The key turned in the ignition this time but the engine would not start. Tried contacting Allan about it and was ignored. Had my car towed to a shop where I was informed the problem was once again the ignition switch. I told them I had just had a new one installed a few months prior. They told me it was installed incorrectly. Don't go to Allan unless you like paying twice for the same repair. read more

Very unprofessional service would not recommend didn't properly diagnose my vehicle and wanted to over charge me for services I didn't need absolutely horrible! Update there was nothing wrong with spark plugs or ignition coils rather it was a loose connection on the 2nd fuel injector the fact that your mechanic couldn't figure it out and you guys wanted to over charge me I should be refunded my 120$ for a lousy diagnostics horrible service!!!! read more
