The serpentine belt on my 2007 Infiniti G35 snapped and I was unable to drive it to a shop to get it fixed. Rather than having it towed, I looked into having a mobile mechanic come to my place and having it fixed at home while I was working. Not only were they able to come the next morning, but their price was actually cheaper than the couple local places I called. Danny arrived 20 minutes early and was done in about 45 minutes. Our family's Hyundai Elantra had a big issue where it'd frequently shut down by itself whilst driving. It got bad enough that we were all wary about driving it and would drive our old Ford Focus instead. We spent a lot of money on our family mechanic who, in the end, was unable to fix it. That's when I decided to find someone on Yelp and found Allan. I'll admit, we were a bit irritated with him at first because the first time we agreed to meet, he was a no show. But he then said he would come the very next day, and he did. He quickly inspected the car and then ordered the needed parts. A week or 2 passes and Allan received the parts. First, let me say I normally don't give 5 stars for anyone because I think if businesses get 5 stars, they won't see need to improve on their services. My experience with Express Mechanic today made me break my long established rule. I have three diesel vehicles, two of which needed service and troubleshooting and repairs. They were extremely responsive and when they arrived, my service technician went above and beyond. They have all the equipment needed to diagnose your vehicle and the tools to fix it and fix it right. The price was reasonable and I'm happy to say, that I had two cars worked on in one day! That is unheard of! All while my family and I stayed comfortable indoors during a very hot day. I highly recommend Express Mechanic. I contacted Express Mechanic after a failed attempt on my part to change my vehicle's thermostat. In my message I stated that I had started to work on it and couldn't finish it, and I was told that they were able to do it. When other shops and mechanics told me that they didn't work on vehicles that were already worked on after I told them I tried to do it myself, Express Mechanic didn't tell me that. We got the appointment set up and they came, I went over what I had disassembled, and they went to work. Now my vehicle is good to go. I called Allan and I got an appointment the very next day. Allan sent his mechanic to fix my 2004 Mercedes CL55 that had not been running in years. The young man came and spent hours in the rain trying to figure out what was wrong. He finally diagnosed the problem as a bad fuel pump. It was $150 for the diagnosis. When I got the part I called Allan back and once again his guy came back the next day and replaced the fuel pump and deducted the $150 I previously paid from the cost of the repair. Saw the good reviews and thought I would give it a try. I have a Ford Explorer and the water got into the engine. Allan was quick to schedule an inspection. After the inspection I was given a fair price. Dani was one of the mechanics that came out and he has a great personality and knows his job well. They disassembled the engine in one day The heads were tested and refurbished. By the next Monday the engine was being assembled and running.
