My 25 year old Genie finally gave out. I called Express Nonstop and they were able to come out literally within 2 hours on Christmas Eve to install a new Lift Master opener. I initially called to compare cost to a Costco partnership. Instead of focusing on the replacement battery, the technician started talking about how many worse issues there are with the door and offered to fix them. I asked for a quote which he said he needs to charge for. Next day I called Express Nonstop Garage Door and asked for Carlos based on his superior reviews and it was a life changer. When Carlos came over, I asked him to also check if there was any other issues with the garage door based on what the other company's tech told me. He did and except a slightly loose wire, he said everything else is good. After replacing the battery, he tightened the wire and adjusted the door to be little higher without any extra cost.
