She was so helpful and I really appreciated that. 2) They were able to come and replace the broken spring (and the whole spring system) on the same day. The technician/installer was on time as well. 3) They quoted a fair price for the replacement spring system, the upgraded springs, and had no issues with the install or service. I REALLY appreciated they only installed one spring for my garage door since they said it was more than enough rather than trying to upsell with two springs. My only critical feedback was when I asked the technicians if they offered upgraded high-cycle springs, they couldn't tell me how many cycles the upgraded spring is rated at. He was over in a short time (had to finish a job he was in the middle of). He helped me manually open my garage door, which was "heavy" due to the broken spring. A friend had told me to upgrade from a 10,000 cycle spring to a 25,000 cycle spring (2-1/2 times the life). Shane was surprised when I asked him, but only because no one asks that normally. The price increase was just a little more, and it took a little longer to do, but definitely worth it.
