She was so helpful and I really appreciated that. 2) They were able to come and replace the broken spring (and the whole spring system) on the same day. The technician/installer was on time as well. 3) They quoted a fair price for the replacement spring system, the upgraded springs, and had no issues with the install or service. I REALLY appreciated they only installed one spring for my garage door since they said it was more than enough rather than trying to upsell with two springs. I was pretty sure they would come fix my problem, but a weekend callout would cost extra. I saw Shane's listing on Yelp and in hours it said 24/7. I knew this was my guy. He was over in a short time (had to finish a job he was in the middle of). He helped me manually open my garage door, which was "heavy" due to the broken spring. A friend had told me to upgrade from a 10,000 cycle spring to a 25,000 cycle spring (2-1/2 times the life). Shane was surprised when I asked him, but only because no one asks that normally. The price increase was just a little more, and it took a little longer to do, but definitely worth it.
