We used this service in the past for garage door replacement at one home with good result. This time, we needed another opinion for a different garage. We were getting our garage system replaced with another place. First it was the motor, then it was to fix something else (an additional $300.) Then after that, the motor couldn't pull the door up and they wanted an additional $1000 to replace the springs (though they looked fine.) We stopped there mostly because we were out of time and had to leave. We would have to call back for the rest. I thought to call Loyalty for another opinion, or get a quote for possibly cheaper springs. When it snapped, we thought there was a car accident in front of our house! So I called Loyalty Garage door again. Yuval helped me out 10 years ago back in 2015 for the same issue. 10 years? I'd say that's a good life for a door that probably sees more use than my front door! And again 2 years ago to replace a couple aging hinges on that same door.
