I scheduled an appointment last week for this Wednesday - stayed in town, (not doing my job) so I could make the appointment; when I arrived after a 30 minute drive I was told I did not have an appointment. They said they could try to work me in in the afternoon - no guarantees or could schedule another appointment for me. When you travel for a living and stay in town to use your favorite mechanic, and they choose not to provide the service you scheduled ahead of time that is inconvenient (an hour round trip is already inconvenient); all they were going to do was shine a black light on my motor to see where the air conditioning was leaking and then decide how to fix it. shine a black light on the motor - that's all I was there for.
