The vibration was coming from the front. Now, all of a sudden after they had it the vibration is coming from the rear and the front is fine. I knew something was wrong the second I got my truck back. the last time I went here for an oil change I asked for a tire rotation and they did not provide one. despite it being verbally agreed on and listed on the receipt. they also didn't reset my check engine/oil change light.
