I'd give 0 stars if I could! I purchased 2 used tires and one of them had a knot in it. I went back and told him about the situation and he said it wasn't his tire. Then test drove my car and told his employee to change the passenger back tire. I purchased a new tire, because they didn't have anymore used ones in my size and the other tire blew while I was on my way home from practice. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MOSES'S OR LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE IN THEIR CARE. He's just trying to get paid, regardless of the quality of service or items he's providing. read more

I have gone to them off and on when I have had car problems. Moses is the owner. They are people of African decent. He seems to raise prices much higher than realistic. I went to him this week. I looked up the part because it seemed so high. He said the part from Autozone was $400 plus dollars. I went on Autozone website and looked for myself and it was $42. My previouse experience was to buy a tire. The service guy gave me one low price and he said it was higher. I told him i had already got a price so he went with it. I will never go back again. These guys really know what they're doing A lot of them are of African descent Mr. Moses is who I usually deal with They will get the job done But you have to stay on top of it I try to pay with cash because the credit card machine charges you a whopping fee Also because it is a small shop they may not be able to get your vehicle in and out the same day. All of the workers are kind, respectful and polite and will help with any situation that they can. I just went to Mr. Tire and complete over here on Highway 92 in Hiram, Georgia, these are the most disrespectful people i have ever met. They're not honest people. All the money your making off of the people of paulding , You can't afford to pay $125 for a tire key lock, that they broke and instead of the owner making good on it and saying okay, I'm sorry he did that Instead, he wants to argue with me and tell me to take him to court, and his employee lied complete to his face. I have gone to these guys for quite some time. I will only get tires there; used ones because im too cheap to buy new lol and most of the time they'll have one in my size. I work on vehicles myself so I know when they're doing things wrong or are lying. Even though I only get tires I watch them like a hawk. The last time I was there was to get brand new trailer tires mounted, i ordered them online. The old trailer tires were extremely dry rotted. They didn't replace the valve stem, which was also rotted (most valve stems are rubber like tires so they rot as well). I checked out the tire before leaving the property and Im glad i did. I have eavesdropped on discussions about things they've messed up on someone's car and how to lie about it either already being like that or pretending that they noticed this problem and they can fix it for x amount of money. I have watched them mess up a brake job and try like heck to fix it just good enough that the customer won't notice until they're long gone. I have eavesdropped on phone calls Moses has had about problems with cars they created and he is rude and disrespectful and denies everything and does love saying sue me. Also, ASE certification is only good for 4 years. They do expire so just because someone has ASE certificate on the wall doesn't mean anything unless it's up to date. Also, ASE certified doesn't mean they've taken some oath of conduct to never lie or take advantage of customers. I can go on and on about this place but I've said enough to forewarn anyone taking their vehicles here. All the negative posts Ive read are not exaggerating ; I have personally witnessed all of what stated. I will still continue buying tires there because they're cheap and easy, other than that I would never let them work on my vehicle. I dont even let them take my tire off my truck. I take them off at my house and bring them the tire; that's how little I trust them. As an ending note, my father and I notice that every time one of us is there, there sure is a lot of foot traffic in and out of the back room from random people who dont stay long and aren't employees. Take your vehicle here at your peril. The first time, I left my locked car overnight (with the owner having the key). The next day, my full tank of gas was completely empty. The third time, I checked with the owner, Mr. Moses, to bring in my car and wait, since I didn't have a ride. He assured me he'd have the parts and have the repair finished in an "hour or so"--the vehicle was ready after SEVEN HOURS . The mechanic offered to do my repair for less if I had it done "on the side" with him. THEN, his bill was over $200 more than quoted. Is there a way to leave a ZERO or MINUS STARS? I needed work done on my car to ensure my drive to and from Tampa would be a safe one. I made a list of what needed to be done, and BOOM SHAKALAKA!! My list was completed, the techs (sorry,never got y'alls name) didn't try to tell me that I had other issues that needed to be fixed. As a matter of fact,first tech that worked on my car dropped one job because it didn't need to be done! And let me tell y'all that are reading this: my tech was more ticked off that the parts he ordered (twice) wasn't the right one than I was (i just laughed). GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Took my car for a flat repair. They indicated that the issue was the rim and not the tire. They said it would cost $150 to repair the rim. The money was paid and within 24 hours the tire was flat again. The car was taken back and left for 6 hours. When we returned to pick the car up, the work was rushed and then we were told it was done. I insisted to see proof that the leak was repaired. They checked and it was still leaking. I was told to speak to the Owner Moses about getting my $150 back. He refused and stated he could only give me half of my money back. I will be going to small claims court to get a full refund. He then took the price down to $10 ( always trying to get over). He plugged the tire. Lasted 2 days. ( still having to continuously put air in it) . Took my tire to another shop . Removing the tire from the rim. Mr.tire had grinding the rubber to low while trying to patch tire. (Put the tire back on my car and sent me away. Which was very unsafe for my family and myself. This used to be a decent shop, fair prices and honest. I brought my car in last Friday morning 10/14/22 to have all of my tie rods replaced. I purchased all of the parts, The two outer tie rods and the two inner tie rods. I followed up with the shop on the following Monday afternoon 10/17/22 to find out the car had not been worked on yet and I was told to follow up again at 5:30. Upon following up I was told that the car still had not been worked on and would not be finished that day. The owner said I could bring the car in on the coming Friday 10/21/22 and he would make it a priority. When I picked up the car my passenger's window was rolled down and 3 of the 4 parts I had left in the car were gone. I was missing the was missing the passengers tie rod end and the two inner tie rods. Aside from the theft of my parts my leather seats would have been ruined if it rained during the time the window was down for however long it was down. I went back into the shop to ask the owner where the parts were and he told me that they were inside the office and that I could keep them there, so that they would be at the shop when I brought the car back on Friday morning 10/21/22. When I spoke to the owner he pretended as though he never had the parts and he could not find them. He told me that he would do the work and not charge me for the new parts that were then required. I called the owner again at 4 PM after dropping the car off for the 2nd time that Friday and I was told that the car was not done and that they would try to have it done by 6. I called back at 5:30 to follow up on the progress and it was still not done. I decided to give up and get my car because obviously they had no intention of doing the work. I speculate that there was a car ahead of mine and they simply took the parts out of my car and used them on another customer's car and since they had to reorder the parts I had already provided there was probably a couple days of wait time for the parts to arrive at the shop, so they probably couldn't have done the repair even if they weren't theaving and incompetent. The car was finally finished at the end of the day on 10/22. I ended up finding the box to my missing parts outside his lot and he continued to pretend it was a random theft. The total cost of my missing parts was $109.37. I went 5 days without a car and now I have to spend a $109.37 again on the same parts and find a mechanic that I can actually trust. It cost a $103 to file a small claims lawsuit and I am considering filing a suit, on the principle of this. read more

On Saturday, October 20th, 2018, I went to Mr. Tire & Complete Auto Repair regarding a noise coming from my wheels, and when I got there the Manager/Owner Moses tells me to hand my keys to one of his employees to test drive. The mechanic took the car up the road, came back to inform Moses & I about the driver side back wheel-bearing that needs to be replaced along with the brake pads. I should've been alarmed when the mechanic who test drove the car gave me the total cost of the work at $450 instead of Moses whom I thought was the Owner/Manager but I did not think much of it. I had to come back because I wasn't expecting the repair to be that much. That following Saturday, October 27th, 2018 I called Moses to see if they would be able to service my car, and they were too busy to fit me in. I was told to bring it in first thing Monday morning October 29th instead. I called Moses again, prior to my appointment to confirm, and let him know that he could go ahead and order the parts. I proceeded to take half a day off from work to take my car in for repair. When I arrived, not only did they forget I was coming in, they forgot what work they were doing, and did not order all the parts necessary to do the job they already quoted me for, which they also forgot what they quoted me (nice way of milking your customers). I spent an extra 2 hours just waiting for them to get the parts that they already said they would order ahead of time. When they finally completed the job and I began driving home I noticed the abs and hand brake lights were on which were not on before I brought the car in. I called the shop on my way home to let them know about the lights and that I would be back in. I drove an hour back to the shop just for the mechanic to tell me that after putting in a new wheel bearing, the sensor was so badly damaged that the sensor will not work anymore and I would have to replace it and of course they were ready to charge me AGAIN. This is complete B.S. If the sensor was so damaged why didn't any light come on prior to bringing the car in, why would indicator lights come on AFTER service. And what was most disturbing is when the mechanic plugged the car into his computer he said " I was afraid of that" If you had any indication any inckling that there could be an issue I should have been notified before touching anything on my car. I am highly disappointed in the dishonest business ethic and terrible customer service. Mechanics should not be taking advantage of their customers, can I even trust that the work was done properly, do I just take the chance with brake pads that may or may not be on properly. This is a HUGE LIABILITY to them and it is only a matter of time before someone gets hurt because they FAILED to do the job they are gladly charging people for. They will never get my money again and I will report them to any and every agency that will listen. read more

My husband went to Mr Tire because his father's clutch got fixed there with no problems. There were delays with getting the car done. Then when my husband finally went to pick up his car, they told him that they fixed the problem (which was fine) in the transmission, and that when they went to replace the clutch (which was what we thought was the problem), the original clutch looked fine and that it had at least 1-2 years left in it. But since it was already out of the car, they went ahead and replaced it with a brand new clutch. They did this without asking us first and charged us for it. Not only that, but when my husband test drove it (with the owner, Moses, in the car with him), the clutch plate grinded really loudly. Moses kept looking out the window, pretending nothing was wrong. WHen asked about this problem, Moses asked the mechanic why it was grinding (Moses doesn't even know his own business). The mechanic said that we never asked them to fix the plate, and that to do so, they'd need to take apart the transmission and charge 1700 dollars for it. A reputable place would never have used this kind of "protocol". THe original price quote was $500 for all this. They charged us $850, and then quoted 1700 for aligning the clutch plate properly (which they should've done when they replaced the clutch!). My husband was angry with their service and told them to fix something they should've done while replacing the clutch (re-aligning the plate) - something they didn't even ask us about. Moses threatened to call the cops. THis was the most horrible experience my huband and I have endured from a service business. My husband said he had never been ripped off before, and was livid about it. We will NEVER go here again, and will announce to the world about what a crook Moses is, especially claiming to be a God-honoring Christian. read more

My mom had a bent rim "wheel" that needed replaced. We took the new rim to this business and the quoted price was $15.00. I walked the owner to the trunk to look at the new rim, as well as the work that needed to be done. Still, $15.00. After all work was done, the price went up. Apparantley, the perfectly good tire that was being transferred to the new rim, didn't have a valve stem. Mind you, I watched the entire transfer process and saw the same stem that was removed from the old wheel, re-inserted into the new one. Now, I'm certainly not fussing over a $5.00 difference, but it was the principle. The owner argued me down that it was ethical to provide services, not discussed with the customer, and "all is well", just pay it! I explained to him that the money was not the problem, but I would have liked to know what you were going to do before the job is complete and the bill goes up. His response was, "We can take the stem out". Great! You'll let me know before you take away an unauthorized service, but not before you put it in and charge me! His response again was, "What are you going to do, take me to court for $5.00?" Nasty, argumentative, and condescending. After I expressed that his approach was bad business, he proceeded to tell me that I should have known what I needed when I came in. As if I didn't just walk into a tire specialty shop, show him the problem and product and got a price. Unbelievable!' The gentleman that put the tire on was awesome. The representation of this company was horrible. I wish no ill will on any legitimate business, but I will walk with bloody feet before I patronize this establishment again. read more
