I filled the tire with air and it held, so I drove to the shop. Arrived, was greeted in the parking lot and got set up in the system. My total wait was like 37 minutes, roughly, LOL. I ordered a tire that was discontinued, so an employee called me and informed me they no longer sell that tire, but have a similar one in stock that they can put on the same day. The tire was more expensive but they gave it to me for the same price. They put it on but the tire didn't match my others. I said I wanted 3 more of the new tire so they gave them to me for the same price as original. That type of service keeps me young back. I only go there now for all of my tire needs.

I asked them before taking the car if they work on them, and they said yes. They put a bad harmonic balancer on that caused significant engine damage. They had the car for over 14 months. After I got the car back (finally), I had to bring it back to them 8 times for overheating, A/C not working, etc. Each time their attitude got worse and worse. The last time, they suggested I take the car somewhere else, which I did. Two weeks ago, both head gaskets blew. Archers was supposed to replace these. Then the machine shop said the valve stem seals were leaking. Archers was supposed to fix these also. I don't like paying for the same real estate twice, but that's what is happening here. I am fixing things they claimed to have fixed. This is costing me a lot of money that really hurts because I am retired and on a fixed income.

Con men all the way…read more Y'all I have a little story time. If you have never used El Mante in Horn Lake as a mechanic, you are missing out. We have used him to lift my jeep, replace tires and spacer, truck tires, etc. We have always felt like he was very fair with his pricing. This morning I needed to get my brakes replaced so I dropped off at Raleigh Tire Auto Service Center in Olive Branch for convince on my way to work. They called and said I needed rear and front pads, and rotors on the back brakes. Ok, I've had that done before and it didn't break the bank. They call to say it will cost $1200+ to do that work....I said nope, and i picked it up (boy, were they mad at me, as I was with them ) and took to @El Mante in Horn Lake. He said we had the same issue that Raleigh said, but guess what the price to repair is? under $500!!! So, Raleigh Tire Auto Service Center is a rip off and we now know why they don't have to be open on the weekends! Never will I ever go to Raleigh again. ************************* BUT WAIT, there's more!! El Mante inspected my front brakes and said I didn't need them. What??? I'm am just truely amazed in the most wonderful way!! So my repair was less than 360!!
