Summary: 6/9/22 Got an oil change, on the drive home my skid pan fell on the express way which caused Damage. Talked to management and returned on 6/10/22 to address the issue was told everything was screwed on correctly now. Once the rain subsided I looked under my front bumper and notice zip ties. Which is an indicator that there is enough damage that even a screw couldn't fix. At this point I will not return and will motivate others to spend their money where a company focuses on quality over speed. What a birthday present read more

Took the car in this morning for a quick oil change. A young lady says the systems are slow and it's taking a bit longer for service. Note there was only 1 car ahead of myself. This bit of time went over a hour and a half! And to add insult, the oil change (full synthetic, European) was more than $40 higher than the last oil change (at Take 5) and the service (bit it the computer systems) made me miss another meeting. They guide you in so that nothing happens to your tires, offer coupons if you dont have them, and are just all around courteous gentlemen. My experience with Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Union Avenue in Memphis was a huge disappointment. Overall, unprofessional service all-around. I had my doubts about the quality of the service received so once I got home checked the various fluid levels and discovered that they had not been filled. I reached out to customer service support and was assured that they would look into it and I would be called back. When that didn't happen called again to get an update and got the same polite, obligatory concern and once again no follow through from Valvoline. I find it amusing to see the "We're sorry, please email us" blah blah responses from Valvoline to the negative posts after my multiple previous lack of customer service experiences. Although a convenient location, that's about the only positive feature. I will add that when you receive unacceptable service there is no support from Valvoline. read more

We needed an Oil change for our small RV before driving across the country and the guys here took care of us completely! They even found one of our tires had low air and filled it up. They gave us a speedy oil change and a new air filter and we were on our merry way and back on the road! We made it home to California with no issues and I highly recommend this place! read more

They are scammers. Upcharged after starting service with service we didn't authorize. Not at all helpful or courteous. Stay away! Far away!

Had a short wait but once in the service bay things moved smoothly. It was a hot day and technician turned small fan towards my window to help cool things off! That was very nice. Everything was explained and service was completed in timely manner. Of course I used a coupon that Valvoline had sent me and cost was reasonable. The "team" was extremely rude to my husband , two men were both yelling at him to do two different things upon arrival and they actually were laughing at him when he was attempting to solve an issue they couldn't. Crass and tactless demeanor across the board , we left without being serviced . Ended up at a take 5 on Summer Ave. Also- when I have gone alone , some guy working there walked up to me and gave me his number & another guy got way too close leaning into the drivers seat area to pop the hood when I easily could have done it myself. I enjoyed the customer service at Valvoline. I was a little shaky because I have a updated Mercedes... Eric , Cory, and Jennifer took their time to find my oil filter and explained to me that they wouldn't proceed if it would've been a problem for them. I asked 3 times for my tires to be filled. At the end after the third request I was told they were filled and the gauge would reset as I drove away. Well, it turns out they didn't touch the tires. I went back the same day for them to be filled and was told I'd have to wait in line behind 4 cars. Not acceptable. I filled my own tires. read more
