Find someone else for your transportation. Unfortunately I used this company to transport my family of 8 people to and from Newark Airport for a recent trip to Europe. To start with the driver arrived late. When he opened the back of his van to load the luggage he had a dirty spare tire in there which made it impossible to load all of the luggage. They were told how many people and bags there would be. We ended up putting some bags inside with us. On the way to the airport we discovered that the A/C did not work. Nothing we could do at that point but endure it. Toward the end of our trip we were emailed a paid confirmation about the return trip. I responded to the email to make sure the van had working A/C this time. When we arrived at Newark we saw that the same driver and van were the to pick us up. When we got in we found that the A/C was still not working. Everyone was very tired and just wanted to get home so we got in and took the very hot ride back. The temperature readout maxed out at 2 digits (99) but I'm sure it was much more than that. I emailed the owner about compensation and he agreed to refund $100 but still has not done so. He now will not respond to my further emails. read more

My kids were landing at JFK , due to the delay they were getting in a few hours late. I made a quick call and was quoted $185.00 plus tolls and gratuity. I was so excited we finally found affordable transportation , we travel to NY often and I don't like asking my friends to get me. I called the office to question the $325.00 charge on my credit car. The man who answered yelled and said "we are doing you a favor, I can charge you $325.00 and if you don't like it I will pull the car and your kids can sit in NY" The stars belong to Steve. BEWARE - I was quoted 1 price over the phone, But charged a higher price once I was in the limo. Once you sign their terms of agreement, you are bound to pay the higher price... unless you want to spend another $50 to file a discrepancy. When I asked the driver Steve about the difference in price, he said I had to call the office. He was adamant about me signing off on the charges before driving me to my destination. Check other reviews on the web. Others have had similar experience. I am filing a complaint to the NJ Div of Consumer Affairs. Their WEBSITE looks nice & I'm sure the Mercedes are cool to ride in. We used Express Limo for the first time and had a great experience. We needed to be taken to Newark airport, and then on the way back 9 days later, make an additional stop. I chose this company because their intake documentation was very thorough, providing a great audit trail. The reason this is 4 star review and not 5 star is that the computer system could use improvement in terms of getting the final information online, but the office was extremely responsive and helpful, so even though there was a glitch with the system, the office made sure we were taken care of and informed. She was so responsive to all my inquiries. Our driver, Harold, was exceptional - so professional and came early to make sure we had no delays!! I would highly recommend this company. read more

I am actually a three-time repeat customer of this limo service. The first two times I used them they were adequate although their communication skills leave a lot to be desired. When you email them you'll get a one word YES or NO in capital letters. The third time I booked them they never showed up. When I called after waiting awhile, the service said I wasn't on the schedule, was I sure I booked it? I had my confirmation email. There was no debating the fact. They never showed. I wrote a letter to the owner. No reply. I called twice to discuss it. Never returned my call. 732 Express Limo is a complete scam. After a 15 hour flight from Asia, I arrived and the driver, Mario, a nice guy, met me in baggage claim. We get to his car and he asks me to sign an agreement to "terms of service" and then hands me a credit card receipt to sign before the ride begins. Red flag. Over the phone, I had priced out the trip with a phone call to their office. They told me a trip to Belle Mead, NJ would be $105. The amount he asked me to sign off on looked like "105" but there was an ever-so-slight curly line dropping down from the "0" that was barely noticeable. I asked the driver how much this said: 105 or 195. "195" he said. I told him that's not what we agreed upon. He asked me to call 732 Express Limo, so I called the 732 Express Limo hotline. No answer. It's a Saturday night at 6pm. I had called from China a week prior and someone was there at 11pm. Strange. We called many times. No answer. I asked Mario how long he had been working for 732 Express Limo. "2 days" he told me. I asked him if he had another number for a real person there...he must, right? "No. They insist on doing everything by email," he told me. I told Mario 732 Express Limo was a scam and that he should be careful about being scammed by them, too. He agreed with me.
