Came here on Valentine's day without preorder, carrying my 3mo old. Place was dominated by roses. They were everywhere. Told the owner my wife doesn't like roses. Mind you, this shop is located less than 2 miles from my mom's house... my sister notified me at 8:35 PM PST that the flowers had still not been delivered. When I contacted the shop, I spoke to a male who told me that it was Valentines Day and that he would check on my order and call me back to which he never called back. At 10:35 PM PST, my sister told me that the flowers had still not been delivered and I started to call again. My calls went unanswered. My sister called and the shop answered.... she told them about the order not being delivered and they told her that they knew and they were closed. It is the first Valentines Day without my father since he passed away this August and I was attempting a gesture for my mother only for this shop to mess it up completely! They have blocked my number and I have filed a dispute with my credit card company because they charged my card with no problem. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB. Did not deliver Valentine's Day flowers. Called at almost 11:00PM to confirm that they were closed and the person who answered said they were closed and to call back tomorrow. No apology. No nothing. Today, not tomorrow, is Valentine's Day, and I prepaid for flowers to be delivered today, not any other day. This shop is less than 5 minutes away from where I wanted the delivery so it's not like it was impossible to get to because of traffic. I will be getting my money back. Buyer beware. This shop doesn't care about making deliveries on time and/or the impression they make with customers. Update: I called back on February 15th and all they made were excuses. They said the website wasn't working and offered to deliver flowers on the 16th. Frank is incredible!!! He is so accommodating and went out of his way to ensure that we were happy on our wedding day. Not only did he provide gorgeous flower arrangements, bouquets, corsages, etc, but he provided excellent service by making multiple trips to our church and reception hall on our wedding day to ensure that everything was set up properly. Frank provides wonderful flowers and excellent service at a very fair and affordable price. Despite me being a stressed out bride, Frank was always so friendly, understanding, and assured me that everything would look just as I wanted it. Frank is easy to reach my phone, I called him several times the week of our wedding to go over small details. By our wedding day, Frank had become more of a friend than just a florist, so I actually invited him to stay at our reception for dinner and drinks (I don't think he took me up on that offer though!). I ordered online a few days prior to delivery date. I received confirmation of my order, then on my requested delivery date I received confirmation that they were delivered. I found out that they did not deliver the flowers. After I called, they apologized and sent a gorgeous arrangement, but I had asked them to tell the recipient that it was their fault they were late...and they didn't. The website guaranteed that the flowers would be delivered same day. But not only were the flowers were not delivered that day, nobody even bothered to let me know. They were delivered the next day, and my friend was no longer at the location. I only found out by asking my friend how she liked the flowers -- and she had no idea what I was talking about. I called to complain. Frank said they were very busy due to a funeral and offered me a 50% refund. I thought it should have been 100% since the funeral wasn't my problem, but agreed. If I had gotten my refund, I wouldn't be writing this review. But three weeks and five phone calls (!!!) later, my refund never went through. Twice, Frank claiming he didn't have my credit card number even though I had given it to him. Once he claimed he was a *different person* with a different name. Once he claimed that he hadn't received any calls from me before. Then he started not picking up the phone when I called. As soon as I blocked my number, he picked up, so I know he was trying to avoid me. Highly evasive and unprofessional behavior on the part of this company. My husband ordered flowers for me which were beautiful. However they died 3 days later, come to find out they charged us twice!! When we called the owner, he was very happy to refund us the second charge (which is only right) and when we informed him that the arrangement my husband had delivered died within a couple days, he promised to make it up to us and gave us a credit for a future delivery. I did take it in that it is COVID and they have short staff, but also considered the fact that my Mom lives 2 minutes away from them and gave them a whole day. It is 10 pm, May 10th still no flowers. I did contact the life chat, and one of the representative - Emilie lied to me saying that my flowers is out for delivery. Are you kidding me? it is 10 pm... Frank and his staff were amazing. I remember my first wedding appointment I was super broad with him. I basically yelled out three or four colors asked him to add greens and that was that. When I arrived to my last meeting with him, he knew exactly the vision I had and brought it to life. I also initially had a super strict venue and although Frank had never had to deal with time restrictions, he was open to waiting to drop off things till 2 hours before the ceremony and picking things up 6 hours later. We used his beautiful gold candelabras and we used a few of his pillars, and everything was amazing. 15 days before my wedding, my venue disappeared. I had to find a venue for the wedding, and then give him all new restrictions, followed by making sure that I had enough centerpieces for tables and he assured me that all that we had spoke about for the ceremony would be okay and he adjusted accordingly. Frank was super flexible and he made the venue change absolutely no stress in the floral aspect for me. And everything was so beautiful. I'm going to recommend him for every single thing I do that requires flowers. Every single friend that asks me about a florist for their wedding, baby shower, holiday party, etcetera, I'm going to have them come to him. He was amazing. read more
