BEWARE!!!! SAM FOWLER AND WESELY ARE SCUM BAGS!!! Made deal over the phone for a Juke. Gave a deposit to hold the car over the weekend until I could get in on Monday. Drove an hour there with my wife and 14 month old for what was supposed to be dropping off a check and picking up a car. Got there and were told to go check out the car while our licenses were being copied. Went out to the car and saw the back was covered in dents and scratches. We had to approach Sam and thell him about it. He said, "oh". And then says that they only noticed it that morning. He said they would repair it for free. We refused. He acted like we were being unreasonable for not wanting to have body work done on a brand new car that we hadnt even driven off of the lot yet. When we said we'd consider it if they took another 500$ off the car they offered to tint the windows for us instead. He and his manager, Wesely, kept saying "but we gave you a great price". But if you go by their story they didn't know about the damage until after the "great price" was given to us. They knew about the damage from the start and these pieces of shit did nothing but waste my time and feed me bullshit. If they try selling you a Juke at a "good price" it's cause it's damaged. We received an email from Stephanie stating we were approved, special financing 99% approval rate. We went to the dealership and met with a Kevin, we told Kevin our situation and what car we were thinking about. Kevin showed us ever car but the one we wanted. We finally agreed on a car. We sat for a total of 4 hours and left with no car. We were told we would get a call back in the am. Stephanie asked if a manager talked to us before we left, NOPE! We did not receive a call back in the AM. My husband called Stephanie stated they were working on something for us and she would get back to us. At the end of the day she called stating they are still working on it we would be called Monday. We asked on what car are they working on, she had no idea. We ask for Kevin or a manager to call us back never received a call. Tuesday received a call from Erica asking if we were interested in a new car. My husband the explained the situation. He was told Stephanie is at a different dealer and Kevin no longer works there. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER. This was by far the worst experience ever in a dealership! Do yourself a favor and find a different dealer to buy a car. Made an appointment to see a used Lincoln Aviator for 6pm. Spoke with the internet person to verify the car was there, and was told it would be ready for a test drive that evening. Received a confirmation of my appointment at 4.45pm. Arrived at 6.20pm, only to be told that car was not on site. Then I was told car sold 2 hours ago. Considering I had come with pages of research on that car and ready to buy that particular car that night, I was very upset about having wasted my time and special coordination to make it to this particular dealership. A single phone call that car sold would have saved us a lot of time. The car had been listed for 45 days and was a good price, and I thought it sounded fishy that suddenly "the car sold two hours ago", but was still listed on the internet. I demanded to speak with a manager, who then told me that they posted the car on ebay for auction. I asked to see the auction, but they told me they couldn't close it early to sell me a car. I told them you can easily close an auction early as I had been an ebay seller myself, but they weren't willing to do this. Furthermore, they then couldn't find the actual auction. By this time, I was extremely upset, and the people I spoke with got more and more condescending ("We can't hold a car for anybody"). I strongly suspect this car was a "bait and switch" tactic to get you into the dealership with a good offer and then try to sell you something else. Especially since the car is still listed on the internet the following day....anyway, we went to Scott Honda Select in West Chester that same night, and drove off with a beautiful Hyandai Santa Fe with low mileage and great price. The dealership stayed open late to accommodate us and complete the sale, we were treated like valued customers and not like people taking a number at the meat counter. The whole transaction was smooth, our sales person was amazing, and the contrast in experience to Nissan Exton was like night and day. If you are looking for a wonderful car buying experience, Nissan Exton shouldn't be on your list. read more

I went in to buy a used car, my salesman was great however I had to deal with an awful sales manager by the name of Aaron Schmidt. He misrepresented all the numbers layed out for me to buy my car and when I went into the finance managers office, they were all different. I bought the car based off his numbers and had already committed and return my rental just to find out I would be spending $946 over what he told me. I had to sign the papers and then confronted him and he told me its wasn't him who told me that and then went back on his story and said :I am not the bank, I dont know the real numbers". Never was I told that his numbers were estimates and may not be what I would recieve. He denied all blame and told me that it was my fault for signing the papers and he could not be wrong. He was absolutely terrible and did not take any responsibility for his mess up, just balmed me for signing the papers. I will never buy from that Nissan Dealership again. I will also never buy aq nissan, because they support attitudes such as his. read more

I was going to write this awhile ago but was too frustrated till now. I leased my Nissan Sentra through Willie and was not a good experience. First of all he hounds you to give him all 10's if you get a survey. Could not do that at all. I new how much I wanted to spend from the start. I was in the dealership for 4 hours. He let me drive a Versa 1st and I loved it. I wanted Blue and that is what they had there(he kept saying oh this is your car over and over). Then he had me drive a Sentra. It was nice but I had my heart set on that Versa. Then he said oh my "that car is sold"after me falling in love with it. After 3 1/2 hours and getting dark, he took me out to and upgraded Sentra and said I could drive it for the weekend. I did not want to drive it in the dark, so I picked up a Sentra on Saturday. No that was not the UP-graded model he said we would make a deal on. I am a woman and he kept saying I will take care of you - you remind me of my mother. It is a shame things are all about $ and his commission. I went back with the so called upgraded model on Monday and little did he realize - I am smarter then he thought. I said "I want my own car back". There is no deal* I said I wanted a blue Sentra and the upgraded model he promised. He said the reason I could not have the Versa was because (they get more bang for the buck) with a Sentra brought back after the lease. What a crock. His GM came out and promised me that I would get the Blue, upgraded model Tuesday. Yes, it did come in and I picked it up. The Sentra totally died on me shortly after - the dashboard totally lit up and they could find nothing wrong with it???? Go figure?? I got the leased 2014 Sentra in Feb 2015. The dealership played the old bate and switch on me-tried to convince me the Versa could be mine-tried to flatter me with reminding me of his mom, keeping me there forever. There probably is more to the story but this is enough for now! I truly should have walked away long b-4 - Not only with all this happening - Willie Never explained all of where things were and how to work them. I did not no anything about what was under the hood, and other things. He said he told me but NO he did not. I was totally rushed in the dark when we were switching over my items from my older car to the Sentra. Forgot some things and Willie said he never saw the items and my Ion was gone to check. All in all was not a good experience. The Nissan Sentra is nice but I wish I had not been there going through all this. read more

Exton Nissan had a special on a Saturday in Dec 2014 of $99.00 sign and drive lease Zero money down No fees etc.When I went there Paps Parshad showed me the car and when I agreed to it he came back about 20 mins later and told me they sold out of them and he showed me another car for 198.00 same deal Zero down etc.After waiting for the paperwork for 3 hrs they told me to just return that Monday to sign it that I am locked in and all good.I sold my other car because I was told I was all good to go with the one I had.That Monday they called and said paperwork is ready to come and sign it.When I got there they said my credit was not as good as they hoped and I would need to put down money and I said no you told me we were good to go and so they said well the deal for 198.00 is off and that a new price was 399.00 or return the keys.I felt no choice since I sold my other car.I spoke with another guy just yesterday from another Nissan dealership who when I told my story to him said they swindled me and gave me a factory car and that 400.00 for a lease for a factory car is crazy.Brendan McCabe from Exton called me this week asking if I wanted to switch my car to a 2016 at same price so they can put my car on their spring sale lot.Guy from other dealer told me that was complete BS.M PERSONAL OPINION IS.THEY ARE FRAUDS AND CON ARTISTS DO NOT GO THERE!
