When you get a brand new car fixed and when you find problems with the part that was replaced they claim they never touched that part when the invoice stated they touched it. I bought car Nissan rouge one this year. First maintenance service for 5000 miles was free and no problem . Second time for 10,000 service I was asked to pay $58 for the oil change and tire rotation. After I told them it should be free for first year maintenance service. After They checked and said it is only free for oil change, not for tire rotation. Eventually they didn't charge me this time. Saw a truck online I liked. I texted them and they said come in and see it. When I did it turns out it was at another dealer but they could bring it over another day. They said they would put new tires on it for free. Old ones were pretty bad. I was told new tires would be in thursday. No call so Friday I called. All inboxes are full for my salesman. Eventually get a hold of him he says he'll call back in 20. Never calls. I drive 45 min and ask him in person. He says Tuesday they'll be in. He also forgot to give me my credit card deposit from when they held the truck. I reminded him twice. When I went in I asked for it. He said it would go back on the card mon. When I wrote this on Thursday it was not refunded yet. I'm really tired of getting jerked around. There's no way to count the amount of times I called Anthony Jordan, my salesman. I posted this review early Thursday morning. Finally I decide to call a manager Thursday at lunch time. Vinny was very helpful and said I could come in Friday for tires. He put the money back on my card too. After we talked he saw my review. I got a voicemail saying if I want tires I better take my review down. I called back and explained I can leave a review and you will put my tires on because new tires are in writing when I bought the truck. He apologized and was nice after that. I took my review down temporarily because I just wanted my to get my tires and be done with this. I went in and they put them on. Everyone was very pleasant. Never go here for Service! I had a noise coming from my Nissan Quest. I went to a tires plus and he asked me to replace the Power Steering Hose and gave an estimate of $800. I wanted to check with the dealership so I went to Exton Nissan. The Service Manager Dave said that only the clamps need to be tightened and this is confirmed as his Nissan Experienced technician knows what he is doing. So we asked him to do this. One week later same noise came and my wife went to him and now he said that the Hose needs to be replaced as it was leaking and due to the leak now the pump and rack are leaking and gave us an estimate of $4000. This is a very horrible experience and I am going to call the Consumer Support group tomorrow. read more

Do not come here for service or are expecting the dealership to treat you as anything other than a nuisance after you've purchased your car. I've routinely made appointments for service only to find myself waiting absurd lengths of time to have it performed. Once for a state inspection, emissions test, oil change and to plug a hole in a tire: - Arrived at 7:45AM for an 8AM appointment. - Didn't hear anything until 10:15 AM - over two hours later. - Declined any repairs, which weren't needed to pass, so it would only be an oil change and to plug the tire. - Did not leave until almost 11:30. What are these appointments for if I'm waiting 3 and a half hours almost for something that should be done in less than an hour? Also on this same trip they supposedly changed the battery in my remote starter. 6 dollar charge. What do you know? Car is still telling me the battery is low and sometimes doesn't remote start. Email to Chuck DeSantis, General Sales Manager, was not answered. Email to Bob Inglido was answered and a free oil change was offered. I appreciate the apology and offer for an oil change from Bob but I'd rather just take the refund. No further contact from Exton Nissan after that - over a month and a half ago. Less than 3 years in the car needed a new alternator. No charge except the 30 dollars for a rental if I wanted to work that day. Will not be back to purchase or for service. After spending entire Saturday, we got descent price quote and signed the deal sheet. We paid down-payment and got car under my insurance. Finally my son was happy to get car keys, almost at closing. Sale rep said that they won't be able to complete the lease papers today as there are some other people in line and ask us to come on Mon to complete paperwork. My son was driving the car over weekend and when we came on Mon to complete the lease, they increased monthly payments from $225 to over $300, saying that we are not within 1st tier to get it for $225. We were so disappointed as Sales rep had run my and my son's credit score on Sat and made an offer based on that. Further more manager asked us to return car keys and did treat to call the police as the lease not signed yet. We went to Exton Nissan having already picked out the vehicle we wanted to test online. We arrived at the dealer and while waiting for our salesperson, another dealership employee met us at the door and inquired as to what vehicle we were interested in. After answering his inquiry, he told us that he had just sold the vehicle to his daughter 30 minutes prior.....really??? That was a very odd response!! Immediately my wife turned and left the store and I remained....literally stunned at what just happened!! As I turned and headed out the door, was I stopped or did the employee even attempt to offer a different vehicle....no, and no!! Someone did come out to the car and said that it was available, we drove it but needed to sleep on it as it was later in the evening. The salesperson said she would keep us updated on its status and 30 minutes prior to our next day appointment, I received a text stating that it sold and could we find another vehicle for you. I said no. I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime and this was by far the worst display of customer service I've encountered. We felt that they didn't want our business, they showed us that. When they were scrambling to "find" the vehicle for us to test drive it, the employee who said he sold it to his daughter just stared as us like we were from Mars and did not apologize....you know why? I had an unpleasant experience with Exton. I was emailing with one of their team members about a possible deal on a used juke. I was set to test drive and purchase when the associate had the manager contact me to discuss details of the "deal" I had thought was well and possible to this point. The manager had no interest in the deal I thought was considered and even closer to finalization. This was not the case and the false illusion of the deal was what led me to communicate. Associate & Manager had different facts about the certification of the car, and while the associate was pleasant I thought the manager was more concerned with selling the juke at their aggressive and competitive sticker price of 18,988 (which was more than similar jukes I have been looking at.) When I emailed about the falling out of the possible transaction the manager called and "tried" to make the matter better, referring to my email as threatening.Based on the customer service experience I had the pleasure of having with them I would be reviewing them poorly is not something I found threatening but adequate to the false illusions on my offer I was given, the poor communication when it came to the offer and the ineffective means to find a reasonable deal for the vehicle. I worked with one of the sales people, Marc Ferry, for almost a week on the details of leasing a new car. There were quite a few numbers games and some "mis calculations" that left a bad taste in my mouth, but he seemed up front each time and he's the only reason they are getting any stars at all. The biggest jerk was actually a manager, Alex, who was so rude and unpleasant, he even told us to just forget about getting a car numerous times after we had agreed on a price. He mis quoted their standard end of lease purchase fee (which the finance staff stated has not changed in 3 years) and was angry when questioned about the change on the contract. He shredded the initial paperwork before the contract was signed and refused to reprint a copy for my records telling me that I wasn't serious about getting a car if I needed a copy- a total jerk! I would have walked away right then if Marc hadn't worked to get the exact car in for me that I wanted. I'm not sure I'll return for service to this location, even with the free offers. I'm not at all surprised by the awful reviews for this dealership. I came in and sat down with Steve Capano. At first, he seemed very friendly. But as the sale went on, it became apparent that ALL he wanted was "the sale." He didn't listen to what I was saying, kept picking vehicles that were the wrong color, way out of my price point, and simply would not take no for an answer. He continued to run off to the lot to pull up different vehicles without telling me and when I declined, he rolled his eyes and gave me an attitude. When I firmly stated by the third car that I "wanted to think on it" he walked in the showroom with all three papers and said loudly to the whole showroom "Guess she's going to go home with three papers to think on it and use them for darts!!" I've never been so appalled. From his desk I overheard him talking about me to a bunch of other sales guys, even telling one to "Shut the F**k up". I'm appalled. I hardly could shake his hand by the end I was so mad. I've never had an entire showroom make me feel like that, with all of them staring me down when I walked out. But honestly after reading all these other negative Yelp reviews it makes perfect sense why I was basically the only customer in there - WHAT A JOKE!!!! Don't even waste your time! I really just wanted to thank Exton Nissan from the sales staff to the sales managers and the finance team. I do not have the best of credit so walking into a dealership can be quite intimidating. I answered and had a 30 minute conversation with her being very honest regarding my financial situation. My friend and I called Exton Nissan after Watching their infomercial. I Spoke with John Marine who told me he would take care of my friend an I upon arrival. Upon arrival we were immediately passed to Hope who said she was new to the business. This was obvious. We wanted to lease a V6 engine car, we were taken for a test drive in a 4 cylinder Altima, which was obvious. She apologized for the mistake then after many price payment requests with the guarantee 2k for trade in she kept saying she would get us into an Altima or maxima today. All this while closing time (after 5) 6pm quickly approaches. Finally, presents us with a payment twice what we told her we wanted to pay. Then she wants us to talk to her manager who can give us a price. How do you squeeze 10k into the payment we told her we wanted? We gave her the benfit of the doubt but should have walked after the first request for pricing but she couldn't get her lease deals right, her cars, colors or engines right. The infomercial is a scam to get you in. Total waste of our time. Buyer be ware when it comes to this place. One word to describe the people at Exton Nissan, and that is "AWESOME"! I was very pleased with my car buying experience there. I first spoke with Mahdi Hassanali (Salesman) and then, Ty (Sales Manager), and Sean Bartley (Finance Manager). These 3 people, are totally incredible. All of them contributed to my wonderful experience. Mahdi was very easy to talk with and helped me out a lot. And Ty thought I would like the grey Nissan Rogue Sport. Well, I don't really like it. I love it! It's beautiful! I look at my car and am so happy it's mine! Ty told me that he thought I'd be pleased with what the payments would be when I was going to talk with Sean. He was right again. Wondering what the end result would be, can sometimes be a nail biter and you wonder if they are going to mess with you, and make your payments a lot higher than you are willing to go. They didn't do that to me. And yes, again, I was pleased with the result. Sean made the finance part of the deal easy to understand, and he was so helpful. I thought that would be a long, drawn out process. It wasn't, and didn't take long at all. I left very happy! A few weeks later, I stopped in to talk to Mahdi about something, and mentioned a problem I was having getting on line to do something unrelated to Nissan. I was amazed when he pulled it up on the computer and just took care of it for me. Saved me a lot of time and aggravation. He didn't have to do what he did for me, but he did. He went far above and beyond what he needed to do for me since my car buying experience had been concluded. He figured out how to do what I couldn't, and snap, it was done. Wish I had read reviews about this place before I wasted my time showing up. I drove 45 minutes to this dealership to see a used car they had on the lot. After arriving to this, all be it, very nice looking dealership, I was met and promptly shown the car. After test driving however, we sat down and immediately were pushed into the pricing discussion. The dealership were unwilling to negotiate A PENNY on this car that was already $1,000 above market value. They also weren't willing to give me a written statement of dealer fees that I'd be forced to pay. I trusted my instincts and promptly left after realizing that they were seemingly only concerned with themselves. A few days and 12 spam phone calls/e-mails later, I read reviews and realized I wasn't the only person unsatisfied with this place. My experience leads me to believe that they're only concerned with their profits. The staff were friendly enough, but I wouldn't buy a car from this place even if it was my last option. read more

The service I received at this dealership was terrible! The staff was awfully rude and they only care about the money in their pockets! There were three open recalls on my vehicle. I received a letter from Nissan North America explaining this to me. Due to the danger my car placed me in they offered me a loaner vehicle until my vehicle could be repaired. I was told the parts to repair my car had arrived was harassed with rude and childish phone calls and emails threatening to not pay for my loaner vehicle and that they would report it as stolen because due to my schedule I was not available until the weekend. The service manager Mary Jablonski proceeded to argue with me over the phone and told me she did not want to pay for a vehicle any longer since the parts came in and I should just take off of work so she didn't have to! Instead of having a professional team member pick my car up for the repairs this dealership made me drive my hazardous vehicle to their location myself. I did not make it to the dealership because on my way there my vehicle caught fire and exploded in the middle of the highway. Now I am left with no vehicle and they do not care at all they are just happy they don't have to pay for a loaner vehicle for me to drive anymore. The sales rep Kamran tried to sell me a Lincoln Aviator and told me it was listed at 15,000. I told him that was too much and he brought in his sales manager Scott. They brought it down to 12,000. I literally almost signed when I thought something shady was going on. Left the dealership and checked online at home and THE EXACT VEHICLE FROM EXTON NISSAN was posted on Cars.com for 9,000. Took my Altima there for State and Emission Inspections. The service adviser told me I need new rear brake pads and they need to be changed soon before the rotors are damaged. After confirming the car would pass inspection, I declined the brake job since that is something I can do myself. Bought brake pads and was surprised when I took off the wheels to find that the pads still are at least 3/4 there. If I wasn't a DIY'er I would have said ok to the brakes and would have been ripped off without knowing. Don't trust these people. read more

They had me wait there for 6 hours before they made a deal. The car tank was empty and the gas light was on. After a couple days when I was going over the paperwork, I realized they charged me $24,000 for the car.
