The operations manager, Natasha, was so friendly and assured us that she and her technician would do what they could to at least get us back on the road. Within an hour we were. The associate, Tiamarie, was also very friendly and helped my young children setup an XBox so they could play a few games while we waited. Oh, and they didn't even charge us! A check was conducted first, I was then called and informed about what's wrong and that we should do an alignment. Cost etc was discussed up front at time of arrival. Incidentally, the alignment was not 100% right and requested the Palmers at Meineke Exton to take a look again. Not only did they fully agree to take a look, they also did not charge for the redo. Bill Palmer, the shop manager, is extremely polite, professional and patient, taking the time to explain everything and answering every question I had. I want Exton & nearby areas folks in need of any auto care to know that this Meineke location operated by the Palmers is GREAT. Customer experience is top priority and you can feel it first hand. There are a lot of auto care shops around but this one steals the show. I personally would continue coming here for all my needs and would recommend the same to all friends and family including at work.
