I was told by the female employee that an additional insurance was placed on my unit. They claimed that I had no insurance. I provided valid insurance and proved there was no lapse in coverage ever. I was told nothing could be done. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me she was the manager. I am confused since I spoke to a guy weeks prior who told me he was the manager. Even though overcharging customers is illegal I wanted to pay it on the spot so they cant charge any more fees. I was told no. I asked for the contact of corporate and was told there is none. I asked for a number or email and again was told no. She said she only had a cellphone number and would not give it to me. 2 days later I was called by Edward Lacrosse who stated he was corporate but have verified this is false. He was as argumentative and rude as the "manager" and refused service. If you have a unit there check your statements for possible theft. If u dont seek storage literally anywhere else.

The halls are well lit and temperature controlled so you aren't in a puddle of sweat while you organize! I really appreciated all of Marco's help, he is such a gem! This is the place customer service chose to die. Everything…read moreabout this place is a lie. It SAYS the business hours are 9 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday and 9 am to 2 pm on Saturday. LIES No one works here. NO ONE works on site. It is all managed out of Mesa Arizona. There is no secretary staff. No MANAGER. There's a sign that SAYS there's a manager on site, but the ONLY EMPLOYEE THEY HAVE LOCALLY IS THE PART TIME EMPLOYEE THEY CALL TO DOUBLE LOCK YOUR STORAGE UNIT IF YOU ARE 24 HOURS LATE WITH PAYMENT. They do not answer the phone during their "business hours". If their 'employee' doesn't show up in Mesa, you're just screwed. There is no emergency contact. There is no one local to watch your property, they installed a few cameras which I'd imagine are ignored just as much as your desperate phone calls during business hours. They SAY you can pay online. LIES. You can ONLY pay online the 24 hour period you are due to pay. Otherwise, they double lock your unit and you are forced to wait for them to decide to return your calls. ***RENTER BEWARE*** They only thing this place cares LESS about than keeping your property safe... ...is you.
