I towed my semi truck to their place for a failed oil cooler and they recommended i buy another…read moremotor from them for 36K,i said no and told them am taking my truck elsewhere and they told me(their truck service manager was an old man with bad breath) that the USDOT & EPA (which both are government (of & for & by the people) institutions) has authorized them not to release a semi truck which has been taken apart . i told them watch me and called another tow truck to tow my truck and dumped my truck parts in my truck and towed it away. they charged me sixteen service hours while it only takes five hours maximum to remove an oil cooler from a detroit motor.i paid them and complained through the better business bureau and their attorney(in house legal lawyer) from their corporate office in houston texas replied saying that he will sue me in court if i continued with the complaint so i decided to cut my losses and be quiet. Basically they threatened me with a lawsuit and i dropped my case but i will avoid them forever.

I had stopped by this location while on a moving trip from Nevada. The truck I had initially rented…read morehad a turn signal go out, and we needed to find a solution to continue our trip safely. This was already a little odd since I had a brand new truck. I ran into Erik, who offered to help IMMEDIATELY. This man displayed excellent customer service. I didn't give this location a dime and he still jumped in and made sure to get me taken care of ASAP. Due to the vehicle being new, he even had a backup plan to get me on the road in case he couldn't get me going. He was diligent and kept at it and got it fixed and sent me on my way with nothing more than a handshake. Hello, I rent a 5x5 storage unit on the second floor at the following Uhaul business:…read more 1801 Atrisco Dr NW, Albuquerque, NM 87120 ( Behind the Walmart Supercenter on Coors and I40) The elevator has been out for a couple of weeks. They are requiring tenants to haul their belongings up and down the stairs. I keep some furniture that is significantly heavy in my storage. I have physical disabilities that prevent me from lifting heavy items up the stairs. Also the accomodations make it very likely that my things would suffer damages having to be moved in such a manner. Today I went into the office and asked to temporarily use another unit on the ground floor. I spoke to John he was working alone and the manager/owner was not there so I would have to wait til the morning to speak to him. John said all his ground floor units were renting and no refund or credit would be offered. He stated that the elevator was a convenience and not a guaranteed amenity. He said that he had a unit outside and that he would have to charge me the listed price, $75 a month. I am seeking compensation for the month since I have not had full access to the unit. I am seeking compensation and reasonable accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

LEE needs a raise, so my wife is 70% DV she has to do things online…read morenot in person because of her anxiety, she rents a truck through U-Haul, first mistake lol but really, we have a truck through Penske and u-haul, when my wife and daughter caught a bug and i was loading these trucks on my own, because i missed my drop off i had to contact LEE as well as call u-hual for my wife, i had asked both representatives the same questions one can i extend till Saturday and two do they do anything for their veterans. uhaul had said they are not doing anything for veterans at this time and we can extend till Saturday if we pay it in full as well as a deposit for estimated miles, feeling defeated i called Penske, got Lee on the line and luckily so she applied a discount for my wife's service and found me another discount then extended the rental free of charge until drop-off, i know she's just doing her job but man its like God opened the clouds and shined down on my family with rays in the form of a woman named Lee, she's attenuative, polite, with great customer service, and is very knowledgeable about the company she represents, i am returning both trucks and going to rent one big 26' through Penske, based Soley on Lee, i took the time out to write this review because of the vast appreciation and respect i have for this representative as a person as well as a representative of Penske her communication alalone just gained more business for her truck rental company probably between 15 to 2k, again thank you lee the Loi Family appreciates your kind and caring help you are a life saver!!
