My 1st visit was really good as Maria showed me around and explained how the units worked. Upon hearing that I would need my storage unit for a couple more weeks Maria extended my reservation to keep my rate and that really helped. On move in day I was given a phone call the day before, to check to make sure what time I was going to arrive. I was able to reschedule my time when I realised that the time slot didn't work any longer. The office staff were very flexible with helping me out. I was able to complete the whole moving process in less than 30 minutes. Overall I am happy with my unit I end up getting a 10 by 7 and a 1/2. I do like the ease of unloading my S UV into their docking station. I appreciate the climate control as it can get really hot during the summer and I was worried about my electronics. This was the true reason I picked this location even though about $50 more per month than the location about 2 miles away. All in all super excited about the fringe benefits of this location, To include utilization of a moving truck. The nice thing is that they allow you to use the moving truck up to 2 weeks from your moving date. This alone is going to save me a $150.

The day before my move, she called to say that the uhaul I was going to rent had been in an accident. She looked within 50 miles of the surrounding area and couldn't find a big enough trailer that I needed. She tried to remedy the situation as best she could and we ended up canceling my reservation. An hour later she called saying that she was able to get the uhaul serviced and it would be ready at 9:30 am the next day, in time for my reservation. Even though I was able to secure a trailer from a friend and didn't use reliable storage this time, I will definitely use reliable storage for my next move. I've been in this facility since April 2016 and when I first went to see the space, I was concerned…read moreabout the security of the building. Well my husband told me I was just being paranoid (I work for a security company, so I suppose I have higher standards). The people that work here are always very nice - yes, but I think everyone who stores here should know what we experienced last weekend. October 2016 on a Sunday AM, we were at the unit, maybe around 8-830am. We have 2 units here and we were consolidating to one unit. We parked our truck outside our main unit and of course had the windows down. I noticed a lady walking around the property and didn't think much of it at first, until she started getting EXTREMELY close to our vehicle, looking in our windows. Walking in between our truck and our storage unit and kept looking into our space. She continued to do this for a while and we opted not to say anything to her - maybe she'd just leave us alone. (She looked like she was high on something). The next thing we notice, is she started to jump the fence in the back corner where the barbed wire is bent, and left the unit. A few minutes later, she was back in the unit (she went through the fence (literally walked through) on the other gate further down). Now she is back to walking around, staring at us... watching our every move. She kept sitting on the ground and watching us. She disappeared for a bit again and then a little while later, she climbed the front gate (that you enter through) and just sat on there for a while. She eventually got down, and came back to our unit and at that point my Husband asked her if she had a problem and she mumbled that she was looking for someone. She was walking in and out of our belongings and staring in our unit again. So we opted to tell her to leave us alone or else we'd call the cops. The cops showed up - and right when they showed up someone opened a unit from the inside and she went in to their unit. With the hour and half we were there, not once did we see someone's vehicle, etc. there except for another person at his unit that we talked to, to make sure he locked his vehicle b/c of her. My personal thought... I can't say whether or not the guy was there before us that morning, or if he stayed in his unit overnight. It's just very odd that someone from the inside of their unit after 1 - 1 1/2 hours just opens up like it's nothing. I called the management on Sunday - talked to a girl there, and said the manager was off until Tuesday AM. I haven't heard from anyone, and I had to call the property manager today. He told me they have warned the individual at the unit she went into that she isn't allowed back there or she will be arrested. I expressed my concerns about the unsecure parts of the building and they mentioned they reinforced those spots a few weeks ago. I suggested they check them again. Unfortunately, we will be leaving this place as soon as possible b/c with all the crazy stuff that happens these days that you see on the news, if we don't feel safe at a place, how can we continue to pay them. I wish we had a better experience as this place was very close to us. **ALSO I'd like to note - they asked me not to put a review on here b/c it would be unfair b/c it was a one-time experience and this has never happened before. I called this company to movers a 6 piece bedroom set, Spoke with Bill, I was quoted 380.00. 2 Men, and suppies. Everything was going well, 3 men arrived and did a great job. The home owner told me if I wanted to take the mattress I could. They were throwing it away. The mover in the room with me said they could put it on the truck but they had no mattress bag. I was told they would put it on a blanket on the truck floor. When we were ready to go the driver said he needed to make a few stops. I agreed the delivery could be a hour or two later. An hour and half later I get a text due to the mattress and extra items the price would be an extra 100.00. There was a mattress no other items. If I was told at the pickup location the mattress would be 100.00 extra I would have left it. Be up front in pricing. You scammed me for extra 100.00 but you lost my move with a bigger price tag. If you are looking for a moving company, keep looking. Not a honest company.
