The roof was caving in and particles kept falling on my items, mold was atrocious. Obviously, if I store it, it is important to me. However, not to them. The mice were also entering and eating any bags or boxes. It was very upsetting. Thank goodness for new owners. I was going to move the next hike in price when I decided to voice my concerns with new owner. Right away, Pricilla, property manager reached out and immediately moved me to a better, clean and close by unit. As difficult as it is to move, I immediately started to move before my belongings completely got destroyed. This new owner is awesome. Really know what customer service is. Comforting because customer service has long been gone and non-existent. Thank you, Priscilla. I was definitely on my way out to a new storage facility, however, having heard my concerns definitely made me stay here. Would definitely recommend, now.

I was told that I wouldn't be compensated for this because I hadn't paid for the insurance on the unit. If I'm paying for the climate-controlled unit, it should not have mold, plain and simple. Huge scam. The staff were also very rude and unfriendly on almost all occasions I went there. The pay increases were also insane. I was lied to upfront by the sales person. He told me that my rent would not increase for the first year, which was a complete and utter lie. It's not a business that cares about people, just cares about how much money they can put in their own pockets. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
