Huge scam. The staff were also very rude and unfriendly on almost all occasions I went there. The pay increases were also insane. I was lied to upfront by the sales person. He told me that my rent would not increase for the first year, which was a complete and utter lie. It's not a business that cares about people, just cares about how much money they can put in their own pockets. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

It is not surprising that they are increasing, however, the fact that they are almost DOUBLING in price is insane. Be very careful when you lease because their initial charges are "introductory rates" then your lease turns into a month to month and they can change your rates per "market conditions". My $70 unit changed into a $126 unit. My $83 unit changed into a $111 unit. I have not received the rate increase for my third unit yet, but I am certain it's coming. This is not an increase per market conditions, it's an increase as they see fit because you can find units that are less expensive. They know they have you backed into a corner so they take advantage of that. Horrible way to do business.
