The crew was professional, and nice to talk to about how things were going to proceed throughout the day. They carefully moved everything out and back into place at the new house perfectly. They took care of everything and did it quickly. I can't imagine how long it would've took us to do it by ourselves or with friends. When I scheduled it I made it admittedly clear that they can't smoke cigarettes or weed while working with my stuff and they didn't listen. My stuff smelled like weed. Which upset me, I specifically stated I didn't want that around my stuff. When it was scheduled they were supposed to be at my home between 8:30-9:30am. Which they weren't, kept getting pushed back and back. They finally showed up at 6:45pm. The packing went ok up until them bouncing my washer, My dryer and freezer down the stairs. When they got to my new home my stuff reaked with the smell of weed. As they are bring in my family air loom dining room table one of the movers using the wrong bit to put in and most likely strip the screw in the table. They also lost the screws to my stand up freezer so I can't put door back on and lost thousands of dollars of food. Not to mention that my house and my garage smells like weed!! Definitely wouldn't recommend or ever use them again!!

Lost both parts and hardware for a bed that was unable to be assembled upon arrival. When reported to the company was asked to fill out a claim form. So far have only offered $500 for the damage...which is unacceptable. The packing was hastily and carelessly done. When moving in, items were not placed where we asked and most items (mostly heavy) items were thrown into the garage. Very unprofessional and company is not making it right by replacing the damage they caused. I will update review if they replace what was damaged and lost.

When I didn't get the confirmation, I texted him again. this time, he called me back and said everything was on schedule. The day of the move, no movers showed so I texted if they were having trouble finding the apartment. A half hour later, still no movers. I texted again, then called the office, and it sent me to voicemail which was full so I couldn't even leave a message.
