Good thing, we did not x-fer anything to storage containers as I could not get in as the padlock had not been removed. The person whose vehicle was loaded had to leave and return another day. On my second rental unit , all of my phone calls to Krystal, Brittany, Brenda, Noah, were all unable to allow me access to my second unit or to my first unit. Today is the ninth day of no access to either my 1st unit or the 2nd unit. They seem to think I do not know how to swipe the card or I am not swiping the correct swipe box outside. I never had a problem until I rented the 2nd unit. If I am not paying the bill or if I am being punished for not giving a glowing review about the 1st unit which required an extra trip since the lock had not been removed then I regret giving a good review about the 2nd unit. It does no good to call the toll free number. They think you are stupid and do not know how to use the card swipe box. I have been using it for six months now. I also paid extra for 24 hour access but I am also denied that also.

I've been there after hours and could see the security monitors going in the office. There appear to be only 4 carts available, 3 small, 1 larger. The larger one is difficult to steer around corners. This small number can potentially be a bottleneck if multiple customers are on site.
