Update: The facility has replied stating that they provide "state-of-the-art security." My response is: Please show me where your "state-of-the-art security" is in the RV / Trailer storage lot. From what I have seen and by what others have said there is no "state-of-the-art security" in the parking storage area. Perhaps the thieves know this and that is why they continue to vandalize in that area. read more

I got a 5 x 10 space, without climate controlled. Move-in and move-out was real easy! The folks working there was friendly and helpful. The digital lock access was easy to use, and the storage was completely bug free. It is affordable and a excellent place to store your things! read more

STAY AWAY! I gave them one star for good location only. I can not believe the level of customer service at this place. The best word to describe this place is "HORRIBLE"!. The Store Manager Displays NO respect and demonstrate signs of discrimination to African American customers by lying to them to take there money. This place is horrible. Manager is rude and won't let you know your stuff was stolen until you show up to see that it was. My trailer and others in the parking area towards the back had expensive equipment stolen on a Monday. Tuesday I didn't go to work. Wednesday I show up minutes after they open to find out my enclosed trailer had been broken into and lots of equipment stolen. They pried open the side door. This has happened three times to lots of hard workers. Cameras are not in the back area. They raise the prices a lot during the year. And they say the reason for this is because it's for good security and cleanliness. That's a lie. They should be sued. As of now I moved out of there. Don't go to them. read more

We've been renting a space for our RV from this location for the past several years. The monthly fees had gradually increased over that time from around $70 up to $104 . We were okay with that, as the spot is paved and in a gated facility . Last month , we got a notice that as of tomorrow our monthly fee was increasing from $104 to $178! This is a huge increase for a good customer that always paid on time. What really bothers me is that a friend of ours with an even larger RV rents a same-size spot just a few spots away,and their new rate will be approximately $140 (up from $120) We've both been there about the same length of time ! The gentleman in the office couldn't really give me a good reason for the inconsistency. This is not good customer service. Fortunately, I found a gated 24 he storage location with paved and covered sites with electricity and a dump station. read more

Just called to let them know we are moving out and was told they don't do refunds. So know that before you decide to use them!!! I mean really?? I will NEVER use them again!!!!! Hi Jim, I did give notice, but we were not sure that we were closing on the house and I did not want to take the chance of having to move out. It just seems like to me there would be a better way not just the 30 day notice. read more
