Some how i got the move done got things in the unit except one thing had to do it THE NEXT DAY!!! Because I couldn't get into the unit because it wouldn't take my password! Being on the phone that night and the next day and trying to get there before my time was up the next day . They worked with me check out turned out OK thanks for the people on the phone and counter person to help me get the job finished! The indoor storage area is very clean had to get used to the maze of the units but I've been back couple times already and I'm good now! They called me back immediately and had the clearest pricing plan of any company in the Buffalo area. The day of our move they were on time and kept me updated on their arrival.
