The drivers are horrible! They have lied on multiple occasions about trying to deliver our package since it needed a signature and that no one was home when all four times someone was home and outside around the time they claim they made an attempt! Now my husband has been without a phone for days in which he needs for work! It shouldn't be this difficult to get our package!! I have called to make a claim three days straight and the issue still hasn't been resolved!! This is beyond ridiculous!! Idk if this location just has crappy employees or just lazy ones!! Worst delivery ever. They have lied about "attempting" a delivery. They have never even knocked on my door.

This shipment location has the worst delivery drivers! They have lied on three consecutive days that no one was home to receive or sign the package! Everyday someone has been home and to make it worse there was never any proof on my security cameras or ring door bell that any FED EX VAN, truck or employee can to my driveway or porch! Liar then said tried to redeliver two hours later, but was never here according to security camera. Driver said that delivery area was unacceptable but I watched them deliver next door an hour later. I've been calling ( during their regular business hours) and no one answers. I called the 800 number twice neither woman was able to locate my door tag number on their computer. Neither woman was able to give me a tracking number for the package that could not be left at my door. Neither woman could locate a failed delivery at my address. To reparations- door tag number brought up no results, address- no results, no tracking number. The door tag said to pick up at Fuqua. They do not answer the phone. The second woman at the 800 number was kind enough to call Fuqua, she told me the woman at Fuqua could not find my door tag number, I can not pick up package without a tracking number. I don't even know if this package is for me or who it's from. All I have is a door tag number that leads nowhere. Fed Ex sucks read more

This is the worst shipping/delivery ever. Had a package to be delivered today. We called in and was told we could put a release on the door. So, we did at 9 a.m.. At 330 p.m., we received a notification that the package could not be delivered due to no one being home. However, we were at home and we had the note on the door. Reviewed security footage of house from noon through 5 p.m. and no FedEx truck even drove by. Called in to get support at 5, we were told that someone would call back in less than two hours. No one called. We called back and was told that no one was answering and everyone else was closed. HORRIBLE SERVICE and LAZY DRIVERS. read more

This location most likely has bad employees who like to steal shipments. After dropping off a box of automotive parts to be shipped to a machine shop. My package was supposedly lost and I'm out on over 1500 in parts. The person at the counter wouldn't lift a finger to bother looking and could care less. I have a delivery coming for my two new iPhones which I have paid for. When I received the email stating when it would arrive and that a signature is required I reached out to fedex to let them know nobody would be home until the last 2 hours of the time window they gave me. They said they would pass it along. Then they called me back to let me know they don't take requests on delivery times. I then told them ok then save yourself the trip and either deliver it Friday or hold it for me to pick up if you can't deliver at a time when I will be home. They then told me again they do not take requests. They then tried to deliver it at 9 am three days in a row even after I told them nobody is home from 6a-6p. You can lead a horse to the water.....I'm about to just request a refund and let the seller know they need to use a different shipping company and buy them elsewhere. read more

Well, it sure like everyone's one star reviews are exactly on point to me! From CONSTANT misinformation, to plenty of "I don't know what to tell you", or "I don't know why the other employee you spoke with told you that", to constantly changing delivery dates, it has been straight up RIDICULOUS trying to find out when I'll actually get my package. Product ordered 1/11/17, and I'm supposed to have it tomorrow, when earlier today I was told I was receive it between 12:05 - 5:15 pm. Which an instance like what I just described, has happened multiple times. It has been sitting in Webster, Tx, for 10 days, with it literally just sitting there, and nobody being able to give me an explanation as to why when I've specifically asked multiple employees I've spoken to on the phone. What a JOKE! I don't care how petty it is, I'll definitely look to get my $10 in shipping back, and anything I can get from them. Such a lack of appropriate customer service, and all of the constant misinformation and misinformed employees is crazy. For how big of a company you guys are, get your shiz together. read more

My family sent me some wine and champagne glasses from overseas. They made it to this station, where they got mislabeled and got sent to Delaware instead of my house in Houston. Glasses got shattered in their transfer to Delaware. Truly disappointing that they were not able to send the box to the right place. The box made it from overseas to this office safe and because of their bad job it got sent somewhere else and glasses are now gone. No one even called me or the sender to notify about the status of the box. We just called to find out about the status of our box and after talking to multiple people be found about about the mistake of this office. read more

This is the worst shipping experience ever!! Go ANYWHERE ELSE!! I have been in line for an hour and so far the idiot behind the counter has only been able to help 2 out of 10 people without having to apologize. There has been repeated requests for a manager with no one showing up. That and I have had to re-enter the line 3 times because I was given the wrong form from the counter!!! FedEx in Webster tx has the worst delivery process and drivers! They where suppose to deliver a expensive package to my house and first lied about going there on a Tuesday and knocking door, this was confirmed by my ring cameras and also the manager at the office by the name Alfredo. Then the driver claimed he delivered my package to my door on Wednesday and that a Hispanic short lady answered the door and after I confronted him and showed him the RIng camera on my door and side of the house he changed his story saying he never got close to my door And gave my package to some random person on my yard and did not see her come out of my house or go back In my house!!!!!! . This has been a nightmare! Now they have security involved and they are still believing the driver even thou he changed his story (who is not credible), they don't have my or anyone in my household signature and the gps shows him parked at the neighbors house!!! I have asked all neighbor and no one received the package. I have made a police report. And FYI I have camera video of all other carriers dropping off my packages In my door. Do not use FedEx in houston you will loose your packages. There are many reviews from this center with same complaints. read more

Hector and William are very bad employees. they have lied to me over and over again. They do not care about anything at all. they have went out of their way to make your delivery late as they can. they lied to me and told me the streets are flooded when i have 4 different small cars driving around the area. They have been NOTHING BUT SPITEFUL they have caused me to wait an extra 4 days. i asked hector in the customer service department why and he just kept refusing to answer my question. i dont have the time and i am still up set to type everything out just take all the 1 star reviews at face value this location is a bad place. (William works at that location and hector is the supervisor at night for the customer service as a supervisor who or how he got promoted is beyond me. they must have been extremely short handed at the time).
