The check was cashed weeks later and bounced in my account, put me in bad standing with my bank for my business account (can no longer use mobile deposit) and the embarrassment of the situation alone. Space 10 x 15 climate control: 154.00 to 234.00 a 51.94% increase. I have only been with them 4-5 months and have been complaining about the climate system not working for 3 months now on the 2nd floor!!! I have shown them pictures of the thermostat in my space several times and now the rate change. It's hard moving everything and now I feel stuck with them. Please BEWARE before you rent a space here. The website is very informative and user friendly. It stated that someone would call me about the storage unit, that I could opt to do the Rapid Rental which saved me $25 from having to pay the admin fee, I got the second month half off AND it gave me the option to see the storage unit and visually how my items would fit. My in-store experience was great. As soon as you walk in you see rows of video cameras. Debbie also stays onsite. The process was fairly simple to sign up and Debbie is really kind and amazing. Very transparent with the pricing, rental agreement as well as the locks you have to purchase onsite. I opted to have the insurance which it is fairly new. You do have to bring in a hard copy of the insurance if you already have it (which I didn't particularly care for) but, It offers coverage for mold, mildew and flood which my insurance doesn't cover. The Rental agreement is strict. You miss a payment(s) they don't put in on your credit report as a collection. It is a lien on your personal property stored in the unit. Long story short, pay what you owe and you won't have to worry about it. Overall, I have no complaints from my experience.
