After CLEARLY telling these people that my shipment was for my BUSINESS, not my home, and that these items were urgently needed ASAP, they spent nearly a MONTH doing NOTHING to expedite shipment, while giving excuses about "consolidation", thus my items simply sat in Kona for a MONTH, not moving AT ALL. Furthermore, I couldn't even get answers from their staff on the shipment's progress until I finally got angry at them, which I CONSTANTLY had to do to get further answers about it. After spending a mind-boggling $6,200+ on shipping what amounts to a CLOSET, (7x7x4 box) these people should have had SUPERIOR customer service, and showed at least SOME effort to get my shop equipment moved in a reasonable amount of time.....they told me "6-8 weeks"...it has now been almost 3 MONTHS, and my equipment is STILL not here, because, apparently, their parent company, DeWitt, is just as incompetent, so here I am, wondering why my items are just sitting at the harbor in California, having arrived there 8 days ago, and are STILL NOT MOVING, while I'm getting MORE stupid excuses about "consolidation". If you REALLY need your items moved off the Big Island, I would consider finding something more trustworthy, like a blind shark to swim it over, and a set of 3-legged pack mules to hike it the rest of the way, because BUYER'S REMORSE is all you're getting with this company.

Being that I had (5) boxes of broken parts I needed to send back state side, this UPS Store sure was a lifesaver! As I walked into the store I asked one of the clerks if I could borrow a hand truck, that way I could load up all my (5) boxes & bring it into the store one crack! I must say the staff here was friendly, and more than accommodating. The service here was efficient, as the clerk processed my (5) boxes quickly. One of my boxes wasn't packed up yet, as I ran out of shipping tape, but the nice thing about coming to this UPS Store is that they sold shipping supplies. I purchased a small roll of shipping tape, and I gotta say it was sorta pricey, but the convenience factor reflects the price you pay here. If I'm working in Waimea again, it's nice to know that there's a UPS Store here, that way it saves me a trip from having to go down to Kailua-Kona, or to Pahoa town.

They sent out TEMP LABORERS they were paying 18.00 an hour to deliver our goods. I filled out a claim form that the driver provided and told us they would repair the damage to our brand new floors. We never heard anything from them, and when I called 2 months later to discuss it they had no record of a damage report. It trickles from the top down in their organization and they charged us 1500.00 extra for the delivery saying our driveway was inaccessible. If they hired competent help that could navigate a truck it wouldn't be an issue as we have had many many subsequent deliveries of furniture and applicances of trucks of equal or larger size. BUYER BEWARE. They are awful.
