I had to ship some items that were really fragile to central Wisconsin from Vegas so needless to…read moresay I was worried about the journey. From start to finish Chris and his family helped explain cost and everything else. One of the items that needed to be sent was about 100 years old (found that out from my family after I had shipped it) and it was packaged so well when it arrived with the other items. To give some clarity on its journey, I had 2 chairs, a 100-year-old tea set and some fragile wall oddly shaped art that all went on one pallet. The pallet according to the tracking was transferred about 6 times on other trucks to make it here so it was bumped around countless times in terminals being loaded and unloaded. All arrived with 0 scratches, dents and fully intact. No better feeling then unpacking everything and seeing it in the condition I sent it in.

This is technically 2 reviews. The first from a month or two ago that I had posted to google…read morereviews and one from today. Today: Manager Alex refused delivery of my package (I have an access point) without informing me that I am apparently not welcome at this location likely due to the review below lol. Odd since I have picked up a few other packages since then. Tracking and the RFID shows it's at the store so I have no idea where it actually is. Corporate doesn't even know. Logically the manager should have informed me once I picked up this package or at any point prior that I was no longer welcome. I have now rerouted my other incoming packages. A month ago: I have all my UPS packages held here for pick up as I work a lot and don't want to worry about porch pirates. I pay for that service. When I get a package that has been opened and is missing the contents, the employees are unhelpful. They'll also lie and say it was inspected, that the package wasn't opened when it was. I'll be opening all my packages in store from now on. Horrible.

Supersonic Movers didn't just mishandle my move, they shattered my trust, broke belongings, and wasted my time. The crew showed up late like it was no big deal, tossed my items around like garbage, and vanished with excuses when confronted. I felt powerless watching my valuables suffer at the hands of people who couldn't care less. Professionalism? Nonexistent. Responsibility? Zero. Customer care? Laughable. It felt like hiring chaos in uniforms. I wouldn't trust these guys with cardboard, let alone furniture.
