I found this place after looking at different places prices online. I came to check out the storage units to see which size was good for me and Eric helped me out a lot. He was very friendly and helpful. The storage units look very nice and a lot better than the ones at extra storage. They have metal walls with a light up top. My previous storage unit had unfinished wooden walls that was overpriced. This is a good place to store your stuff at. It's also hidden in plain sight which means less people are likely to try breaking in since its not noticeable. read more

AVOID RENTING HERE!! Renting at Cube Smart is the old bait and switch. They will charge you a lower rate to move in and within a few months they raise the rent by 20% or more! In one year, my rent was raised $125. This is unjustified! In addition, this facility is LITERALLY a homeless camp, so you can anticipate break-in of your unit due to the sketchy characters lingering around and doing drugs on-site. Despite the rules indicating that units are prohibited to be used as residences, the manager turns a blind eye to the activities. You cannot even utilize the restroom at the facility if you arrive at the facility at 6am, until the office opens and unlocks it because the homeless that live there will either sleep in the restroom or mess it up (bathing, etc). read more

Do not get storage here. Your stuff will get robbed. It's definitely an inside job. They will call you and inform you that your Unit does not have locks anymore. And then you go and figure out what happened. And then they tell you they don't have cameras in the Ally, and when you do look at the little cameras, they do have. It's all blurry talking to another person that had a storage unit there. They said there's stuff also got stolen out of three storage units that they had. I have been to this store before. The scotch tape they sell you will break off or slant to the right or left and go off the roll. That means you can never get a piece of complete tape to tape the boxes. It does not roll anymore except for tape that are strips going around the roll. At the time we rented a storage space for our Truck, Camper and attached Enclosed Trailer, it was with Storage West on Ann Road in Las Vegas, Nevada. We were impressed with Storage West because it was well staffed to provide regular daily patrolling of the facility and rented spaces. After Storage West was purchased by CubeSmart, the storage space rental cost was increased significantly, but we assumed everything else would remain relatively the same as under Storage West. We have since found out that is not the case. On January 29, 2024, the police showed up at our home to inform us that our Truck was found up Lee Canyon abandon and partially stripped. Our Camper and Enclosed Trailer were not with the Truck. We had checked on our property at the facility on January 4th and have since learned that it was not at the facility on January 9th. When we went to CubeSmart to review the cameras footage, we were informed that CubeSmart only keeps camera video for two weeks, which is considerable less time than Storage West. We also discovered at that time, that CubeSmart had cut their staff down to one person manning the whole facility at a time, making it impossible to patrol the facility and manage the office too. This reduction of staff to one person eliminates any consistent patrol or monitoring of the property and vehicles. CubeSmart failed to inform us, as their customers of these "Cutbacks" and the limits to the security of the facility that differs from Storage West. read more

This was my first time ever using a storage unit. I did everything online and didn't even need to speak to anyone in person, but I stopped in the front office on my move-in day. The staff was super helpful in answering my questions. The unit was easy to find, clean, and there was a bag inside with the lock and additional information. CubeSmart is no different from any other storage location. All of them lure you in with an initial low rate then raise those rates yearly in hopes you will pay their "ransom" rather than bother with moving. I moved from Storage One to CubeSmart on west Centennial in 2019 for the low rate of $129 per month for a 10x10 unit. Before the first year was up they raised my rent to $151. It has been about a year since and I just received another increase to $181 per month. I called to complain and was told this is their business model. I'm not going to play these games any more and will store my things in my spare garage until the next neighborhood yard sale. read more
