They both had a smile on their faces and looked genuinely happy to be there. The parking lot was clean and beautiful landscaping surrounded the property. The office was clean looked organized. We were discussing my move and I had mentioned that I was in transition between homes and at that time Jamie offered storage services and talked about the specials they were offering at the time. Unfortunately I'm not in a position to afford extra bills but said I would consider it for the future. Jamie offered to show me the property and I honestly was surprised at how clean it is and how nice it smelled. I expected to walk in and it smell musty dusty but it didn't. She showed me the gates and a few different unit sizes. She warned me when the door opened an alarm would go off so I wasn't startled. I love that feature and how it works. Joe was genuinely one of the sweetest guys I've met when it comes to Uhaul. He takes pride in the trucks and mine was very clean, they looked organized and parked where it was easy for me to pull the truck out without the fear or hitting someone because I have to back out blindly. If I ever need storage, I will absolutely go back to this property. If I ever need a U-Haul again, I will go back to this property. This whole experience was wonderful. Thank you both for your kindness in the midst of my moving stress.​

As we had stuff that we were bringing up, we decided to simply enter it when we came back in. About 10 minutes later, she tracked us down and said she was putting in a warning that we did not do it immediately and the next time my friend would be asked to vacate. While the intentions of having a secure environment are great, her rudeness, tracking us down, and scolding us like children is unacceptable. She should be replaced with someone who can be respectful to their customers. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They do not honor reservations made on the website…read more I made a reservation specifically for this location. I followed up by stopping in and looking at the RV spot i reserved. I was specifically shown the spot and told I can move in on August 31st. On August 29th I received a call from the locations GM, Sarah. She told me that they could not honor my reservation and that there were 20 people ahead of me at that location. The spot I was shown was already gone. They offered me a more expensive spot in north Las Vegas, and a similar priced spot 10 miles away. The moral of the story is that they do not honor reservations and will wait until the last minute to tell you. The online reservation means nothing.

By the time I figured out what to do, the facility was closed. Consuella saw my truck (inside the fencing and gates) and waited for me to return. She cheerfully let me in the building to retrieve my phone and opened the gates for me to drive through. Very stressful as it was cold and dark, but Consuella was calm. She took exceptional care of me even though it was after 10:30pm. Thank you so much, Consuella! I love employees that go the extra mile!

However, if you look at the website they are advertising the same size units for $107. If you do 2 minutes of research you can see the average price for a 10x10 storage unit as of 17 April is $70. Not sure how they can justify a 99% increase from one month to the next. They know how difficult it can be to move out once you are moved in. As a disabled Veteran who cannot move my stuff alone due to injuries, this is absolutely unacceptable.
