They both had a smile on their faces and looked genuinely happy to be there. The parking lot was clean and beautiful landscaping surrounded the property. The office was clean looked organized. We were discussing my move and I had mentioned that I was in transition between homes and at that time Jamie offered storage services and talked about the specials they were offering at the time. Unfortunately I'm not in a position to afford extra bills but said I would consider it for the future. Jamie offered to show me the property and I honestly was surprised at how clean it is and how nice it smelled. I expected to walk in and it smell musty dusty but it didn't. She showed me the gates and a few different unit sizes. She warned me when the door opened an alarm would go off so I wasn't startled. I love that feature and how it works. Joe was genuinely one of the sweetest guys I've met when it comes to Uhaul. He takes pride in the trucks and mine was very clean, they looked organized and parked where it was easy for me to pull the truck out without the fear or hitting someone because I have to back out blindly. If I ever need storage, I will absolutely go back to this property. If I ever need a U-Haul again, I will go back to this property. This whole experience was wonderful. They do not honor reservations made on the website…read more I made a reservation specifically for this location. I followed up by stopping in and looking at the RV spot i reserved. I was specifically shown the spot and told I can move in on August 31st. On August 29th I received a call from the locations GM, Sarah. She told me that they could not honor my reservation and that there were 20 people ahead of me at that location. The spot I was shown was already gone. They offered me a more expensive spot in north Las Vegas, and a similar priced spot 10 miles away. The moral of the story is that they do not honor reservations and will wait until the last minute to tell you. The online reservation means nothing.

He knows his stuff! The facility is brand new--and big! They have units of every size, both outside and in climate-controlled interior units. All gates, doors, and the units themselves are accessed through the app--no keys needed! Great staff, clean units and a convenient location just off the 215. I highly recommend!!

As we had stuff that we were bringing up, we decided to simply enter it when we came back in. About 10 minutes later, she tracked us down and said she was putting in a warning that we did not do it immediately and the next time my friend would be asked to vacate. While the intentions of having a secure environment are great, her rudeness, tracking us down, and scolding us like children is unacceptable. The number of high ratings and positive reviews for this place is alarming. If I could give zero…read morestars, I would. My storage unit was broken into without any signs of forced entry. Over $15,000 worth of my belongings (not even exaggerating), including sentimental items that had no value to anyone but me were stolen. My lock wasn't broken, meaning either someone picked it or this was an inside job. Despite filing a police report and doing everything by the book, the facility refused to honor the $2,000 insurance claim because there was no visible damage to the unit or the lock. So after paying for over a year, I essentially paid this place just to get robbed. It's beyond frustrating and heartbreaking and quite traumatizing. This facility is a complete joke. Their security is nonexistent, their management is useless, and their policies only serve to protect themselves and not their customers. Do yourself a favor and store your belongings elsewhere. This place deserves to be shut down. Totally unacceptable and still beyond frustrating. I hope this place burns down including the broke jackasses who stole everything from me. Seriously, fuck this place and fuck management and fuck everyone who was involved. Avoid this place at all costs. They do not care about their customers, only about taking your money.

They stated the cameras did not face our unit so were no help. Very dissatisfied with their corporation. Was in just a few days and belongings gone.
