They didn't respond to my second email. I followed up with them with a 3rd email a day later. Nothing but crickets. Fine. Their lack of responsiveness and follow-up speaks volumes. Given the quality of boxes they dish out to their distributors on top of ignoring potential customers, it makes you wonder how they've been able to stay in business as long as they have.
