Never heard back after a week and when I called was told a physical letter was mailed back in May. I also asked for a credit because this was outrageous. Never did I receive a letter because I would have made a quick decision to cancel & find another storage place. Like many writing with the same issue on Yelp, not only is this price hike absurd but also seems illegal.
