She saw me but rather than saying she needed to help a customer she just kept talking with her friend about the weather. Here's some piece of advice; when generating an Amazon Return, make sure you select the option where it states that the packing will be provided like my screenshot shows. This location does get a bit busy, but the team onsite is efficient. Parking can also get a bit chaotic, as its shared with a gym and other businesses, but I have never had a major issue. You can of course get a lot of basic shopping materials here, copying and printing, ship package on site or pay for pre-papackged items. They also have mailboxes on this location if you were interested in were interested in PO Box type solutions. I believe they also have a notary, but I beleive last time I was thre an a customer asked, they were not in, so I would suggest calling in advance to confirm! This could be a one off of course.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. The facility is impeccably maintained, and the truck was in perfect working condition. I already rented a storage unit up the road but will rent one here if I need storage in the future because this is a family owned & operated shop with year-long monthly rate guarantee with customer service that is second to none. 1,000 thank yous to James for his help. They have hundreds of units but only have like 2-3 carts.. right now I'm currently at my unit with a truck load of stuff with only 1 other person here but there is no carts. Leaving me to making 50 small trips back and forth to my truck, and my unit is not conveniently located near an enterance. It's in the middle. Come on public storage... $100 bucks a month for a small unit and you can't buy a couple more carts!! Update: I've spoken to management about the carts and they have purchased more. The problem is people keep stealing them.

Just-In Time Moving truly helped me out of an emergency situation…read more I had originally hired another moving company, Not Your Husband Moving, and ended up in a terrible situation where I was billed for more than double the estimated hours for the move into storage and the move was not completed as originally estimated. I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with moversaz.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews. I wish I had done more research before hiring the first company. I am very thankful I found Just-In Time Moving when I did.

Thankfully they handled it with no problem. Both moves were smooth, the crew worked quickly, and everything was handled with care. Moving is stressful enough, so it's always a relief when the team you hire is organized and professional. Another reason I'm happy to keep giving them my business is that they volunteer their services for a food drive at a nonprofit I'm involved with.
