But after the first hour they called her while still in control of her elevator and truck keys asking for another hour and double the pay while she waited alone upstairs for 25 min with no choice. They had already arrived 2 hours late probably due to failure of scheduling and she still has seven hours of driving ahead of her. She was charged double for no reason just because they brought two extra people. What is a girl supposed to say when she's alone in her apartment, with 4 dudes demanding another $300? Day 1: Packing -- Enter Bryan, Antonio, & Johnny These three walked in like absolute professionals -- calm, respectful, not fazed by anything -- and immediately took control of the situation in the absolute BEST, most important way possible. They wrapped, sorted, labeled, and boxed my entire life with more care than I give my own children's artwork. They checked in when it mattered ("Do you want to keep this here?" "Should this go in the new pantry?"), but not in that annoying "I need guidance on every teaspoon" way. THEY JUST GOT IT. The perfect balance of independent and in-sync with me. And they worked. THE. They placed things exactly where I wanted them without needing a map, a diagram, or 600 questions. And!! They asked just enough to keep me involved without pulling me into any chaos. It started with a late arrival, an unprepared crew of only 2, and rough treatment of our goods. They ran out of all packing material and one employee kept complaining about being tired. I called to voice my concern about the treatment of our belongings. I was assured that our goods, which we stored with them, would be handled with care. Yesterday, part of our goods were delivered. Not only are there broken vases, dishes, but also large, sturdy items that could've only been damaged from a significant impact. Some of these special pieces are difficult to find items that are no longer in production, which sharpens the blow. I'm so disappointed.

Candice threatened me due to her son's error…read more You can read through the emails for the full details but long story short, my move should have taken no more than 2.5 hours. It took them 3 hours 15 mins which cost me over $600. The most upsetting part was the way Candice chose to handle the payment error and my dissatisfaction. I tried to pay by Zelle and her son gave me the wrong phone number. I spent the rest of my birthday weekend stressed out because the payment was going to the wrong person. I told Candice I'd follow up with her first thing Monday morning after I talk to my bank, which I did. I expressed my disappointment with the overall moving service I received. Her response was to state that "I don't think my son's going to forget my number". There's no way her own son could ever make a mistake right? He must be perfect. She also proceeded to threaten me over email stating she will file a theft of service if she didn't receive the payment that day. (FYI a civilian cant file a theft charge, you can only call the police and they choose whether to proceed or not) Not once did I ever ask for a discount or say I wouldn't pay. I simply expressed my experience to give her an opportunity to address the problems. After my bank was able to resolve the payment error I sent the payment to her as promised. Other customers may have had a better experience but unfortunately that was not the way it went down for me. I highly recommend staying away from this company.
