The Storage Center lists their origin as "Established in 2021", which is true to the sale of the facility. Originally this establishment was locally owned and operated as Shepherd Self Storage. I never had any issue with Shepherd Self Storage. Since The Storage Center took over operation of the facility service has declined and the cost of my unit has gone from $70/month to $132/month. My unit has been broken into twice since 2021. The lanes between the buildings are narrow and frequently blocked by other tenants accessing their units. There are lots of other places out there and I wouldn't recommend The Storage Center.

They know they have you and continue to increase the price with no regards to your first agreement. This increase has happened from Jan 21-May 23. Nothing has really been truly improved a few added features but nothing to validate a 152.85% increase.
