It took less than 5 minutes filling up the form, and another few minutes to see which place, mostly Staples, to set up for appointment. I chose the Staples center in Camarillo, CA. Upon arrival at appointment time, the service provider was very patient and friendly. Within five minutes, I was fingerprinted, photographed, paid the fee and done. Excellent! My TSA PreCheck was approved the following day! Total cost was around $76 USD and it would expired in 5 years. I definitely recommend if you are a frequent traveler.

They're efficient, they figure things out, and they don't make a production out of it. It just gets done, and it gets done right. But the reason I'm writing is something more specific. When my father passed away, I came in to print booklets and posters for the funeral. I was not in a state to manage details or even explain properly what I needed. I left things out, I was scattered, and I honestly don't even remember everything I said. Between the two of them, they picked up on what was missing and just handled it. They made decisions where I couldn't, fixed what I hadn't thought through, and made sure everything came together the way it needed to. Being able to have someone show me the space before I rented it was also a plus. Living in a world full of robots everywhere these days, it is such a pleasure to have a human being to deal with. The manager answers the phone(Eileen is fabulous!) and takes care of you in person no horrific remote call center! I personally like being able to drive up to my space, that is a plus for me as well, but they do have both inside and outside spaces. And the inside ones are very well lit and very safe. It's amazing how quickly one can fill a space. I was at full capacity. Whenever I have a project, Yelp, has been wonderful in getting me the assistance needed. Elite movers was the first (and forever my only) company to request lots of pictures with all cupboards open, an approximation of cost and duration, and customer service that took the time to answer all questions. The move day went off without incident. My crew consisted of four strong fellas-my crap being packed left and right, furniture being moved, boxes toted off, things I wasn't taking headed for the trash etc. They were all done by 1:30 or so and headed to the new place so I stopped for pizza/soda for them. All boxes unloaded and furniture placed where requested. Elite finished their job by about 3:30. I like them less now. The remaining boxes to unpack seem to have multiplied in the garage like bunnies but at least they are in one place. Great value for the money and no stress with packing things safely! Give them a call if your next move has you out of sorts.- they won't disappoint. Thank you!

It turned out I was the owner's kind of people. I wanted to send a package and he helped me. I should have had the presence of mind to give him my extra copy of "Copy This" the memoir/business-success-story of Kinko's founder. Paul Orfalea is so generous, he gave me a second copy of his book, and signed them both!
